ওনি সম্পূর্ণ মিথ্যা কথা বলেছেন। আমার পরিচিত অনেকেই কোন রকম পরীক্ষা ছাড়া চাকরি পেয়েছেন।
উনি চাইলে আমি কয়েকশ ইসলামি ব্যাংকে কর্মরত কর্মকর্তা -কর্মচারীর লিস্ট দিতে পারবো।যাদের অধিকাংশের বাড়ি চট্টগ্রামের পটিয়া,বোয়ালখালী,চন্দনাইশ এবং সাতকানিয়া।

পুরো একটা থানা থেকে অলওয়েজ নিয়োগ দেয়।

আমি নিজে পরীক্ষা দিছি।আমার বন্ধদের অনেকে এক্সাম দিছে ভাইভা দিছে এদের নিয়োগ দেয় নি এখানে বেশি ভাগ রাতের আধারে নিয়োগ হয়েছে।
উনি মিথ্যা বলেছেন।আমি লিখিত পরীক্ষায় পাশ করি পরবর্তীতে ভাইভা দিয়ে ছি কিন্তু আমাদের কে নিয়োগ দেয়নি। পরবর্তীতে সরাসরি সিভি নিয়ে নিয়োগ দিয়েছে।

মিথ্যা বলার একটা সীমা থাকে। এটা একটা open secret ব্যাপার যে এস আলমের যত ব্যাংক আছে সেখানে পটিয়ার বাইরের লোক নিয়োগ দেয়া হয় না বললেই চলে। সোজাসুজি বললেই হয় যে মালিক পটিয়ার, তাই আমরা পটিয়ার লোকই নিব, কিন্তু ব্যবসায় সারা দেশেই করব।
