This monster Jeep has been built to a extremely high standard from the ground up. Not just big tyres and lift kit!! It has been to the deserts in Morocco, the Atlas Mountains, Pyrenees many times, criss-crossed the trails of Wales and even to the Artic Circle where it experienced temperatures of -30 and raised £57000 for Help for Heroes!!
- 4.7 litre v8 with K&N cold air intake and a modified cam, plus an ECU remap.
- 6.5 inch Critical Path long arm lift kit. includes HD coil springs, 4 extended sway bar links, heavy duty RHD track bar, front and rear long arm packages and brackets, heavy duty rear lower control arms, transfer case drop kit, heavy duty adjustable long A-arm and extended 4 inch pitman arm.Brand new shocks fitted last month (same as supplied with original lift kit, with built in bump stops.
- front prop shaft replaced to Double Cardan shaft due to lift
- custom axels built by Dunning & Fairbank in Leeds, including low front pinion, arb air lockers and Dana 44 centrepieces. The half shafts are fabricated from Chromoly for ultimate strength with 3 inch tubes.
- stainless steel brakes lines
- PSC Hydraulic steering
- steering equaliser bar
- 3inch magnaflow exhaust system with 3inch high flow catalyst - has a tendency to backfire ;-D
- HD custom made front bumper with a Warn 9.5ti winch
- HD custom made rear bumper with Moab style rear tyre cradle
- Hankook RT03 315/75R16s fitted with 30mm wheels spacers - still lots of tread on the tyres
- custom fender flares for big tyres
- custom roof rack with jerry can holder and HID spots
- genesis twin battery system
- 4.56 rack and pinion gearing
- 242 Selec-Trac an 32 spline rear output. also means you have 2wd option
- webasto engine oil heater - for visiting places like the Artic
- ARB air lockers front and rear with compressor and tyre inflation hose and repair kit
- Midland 248xl CB radio with ceiling speakers, Trucker 80 aerial and 20 watt power booster
- 20inch front LED bar
- LED Halo front headlights with HID low and high beam
- LED tail lights
- Matt front grille (in combination with the headlight makes it look the very intimidating)
- box of spare parts including UJ's and various bushes
- also have all the original headlights, taillights and front grille as shown in the magazines

As you can see, the vehicle is in need of nothing but still has potential to be modified whether it be more lift, bigger tyres or a supercharger. There is no doubt you have a solid base to build from if that is the case.
The interior is in excellent condition and has been well looked after inside and out. The exterior has a few minor marks (battle scars), but nothing serious.
Everything works as it should and I have all the magazines that its featured in detailing the build and its travels etc. Also I have quite a number of invoices from when it was built and instructions manuals for all the add-ons. Over 20k has been spent on this truck

both front and rear bumper were custom made in the uk. I'll put the build details in the description.

What king of lift is that one? I made a big mistake I put 35” with a 4” long arm rough country suspension and I have a big issue with the tires size can some one help?

Holy moly this Jeep is a dream for me. I have one and have been VERY slowly upgrading (more like repairing) it to the way I like. It's about an eighth of the way there.
I bought mine 6 months ago with the plan to get something similar but I'm still on "repairing "phase 🤣🤣

Sweet truck. My 2000 WJ looks similar to this one. Even has the same color scheme. Mine is called "Beastmode". 6 inch lift on 32 inch Mickey Thompson Baja STZ's with Bilstein shocks. Heavy duty front end components. Looking to put some steel bumpers and a spare tire rack like the one on this one so I can get my spare off the roof rack.
3 inch high flow catalyst? confused how ur answer changes for the exhaust says magna flow 3 inch but ur saying u just welding 3 inch pipe is it just the magna flow 3 inch tip ?

Sweet build! Double Cardan is key on these WJ's. Congrats on the sale and a Salute to you for raising money for our Allied Heroes. I just picked up a 2001 WJ for the soon to be wife and presently roll with 2000 XJ with 3.5" lift, ARB Lockers and 4.56 gears on 31x 10.5's. Why so much gear? I live in Colorado, USA. I leave my garage at almost 6000' and wheel at over 10,000'.

What is paint color code?
If I wasn't so poor right now and also moving to Texas soon I would have something similar. Since the mpg isn't the best on our Jeeps I'm curious how much the weight of both bumpers affect it, plus lift, tires..etc? Your rig is definitely a work of art!

My WJ lost 1/3 of it's range with the IRO 6.5" lift and Protofab bumper and tire carrier. 200 mile range now, instead of 300.

I can say right now unless your market is much stronger than ours you won't get out of it half what you put into it , this is an expensive hobby , not going to make money buying , customizing then selling. Not unless you have a shop with a really good reputation , maybe a great site on the internet that has enough subscribers to pick-up money selling advertising to help with your expenses.

BenJanesTV lockers are definitely a no brainier, big tires and big lift, just don’t cut any corners and make sure your wiring is good before making any additions

what happens if I put 2” level kit on top to come up with 6” totals does affect my suspension or shocks ?
that should only affect your shocks. I think you can buy 6.5 inch springs from iron rock off road, but I'm not sure how that'll affect your front diff and control arms.your truck looks badass btw!!

No worries Juan. it does have incredible flexibility and much of that is thanks to the long arm kit, makes a huge difference.
I've researched and read a lot and it's really best to just do whatever spring height you plan on running height wise with matching shocks. And the IRO longarm lifts seem really good. This fella can probably attest to how good his rig functions.

George Eleftheriades they’re halo headlights from carid.com awesome company to deal with. Definitely recommend them.

TheDjsebfromparis DeejaySFP if you see the hoops on the back bumper, the carrier hinges up from the floor and bolts on there. And then just use 2 barrel locks to secure it
