I love to watch you paint. You make it look so easy. At 72, I'm just starting to paint again after many long years, so I hope that I can turn out something that I can put on my wall. Thank you.
Thank you so much for sharing this great video! I've learned so much. I think it will be sublime to paint in my garden and use the techniques you've taught me.
I just found you today and I'm amazed. I fell into painting a year or so ago to help me cope with grief, and have tried to follow others. You seem more passionate and patient than most, and I'm getting so excited at the prospect of learning from you!
This was a fun painting and you always have such good messages throughout! A place that makes me feel sublime like this painting is one of the Great Lakes shoreline with not a person in sight.
I’m most sublime in my studio painting or down by our creek. This was a beautiful but most intimidating! I’ve never done one with such a minimal paint colors.
Your painting style is definitely hyper realistic. I enjoy watching you paint but I don’t have the patience to paint like that. I have done one of your paintings all the way through using your technique and I get so many compliments on it. It is by far my best painting because of your style of painting. Well done as usual.
same here . started painting to lessen stress and anxiety when pandemic started. been following different tutorials . so far have watched one tutorial from you and i am amazed. will definitely try to do version of ny own of this hidden forest. keep inspiring !!!
Another amazing painting and tips along the way! I would say my current happy place is the sunroom in my small house where I paint and also do yoga. Thanks for all you do!
I've never had the courage to climb or hike a mountain top, but I always appreciate a good nature stroll at the area of Port Melbourne, take a seat at the portside beach and walk through the calm trails. Hoping to see more lessons
Beautiful painting. An answer to your question, I always feel relaxed on my screened in porch or hiking in the mountains. I don’t know if I have a specific place.
This reminds me of my sanctuary... my sublime place. Thank you for sharing! I also recently purchased and started using the clear acrylic pallet (on your recommendation). How do you recommend cleaning them?
So I hated himi gouache I could not keep my under layers in tact so I immediately upgraded to winsor and newton then I was gifted a holbein set and zero problems since. You will be so much happier with your w&n

I am almost 79 years old and I can’t tell you how happy I am that I found you. Never quit. I wanna watch you for the rest of my life.
