He doesn't ask everyone, only have I seen select ones being used. There are also times that he was kicked out of Sea World and the Library and he used that footage. He had to blur the faces in the library because they did not want him to post it, but as long as it was blurred or covered there was nothing they could do about it. @@00wkee
