You can't open pore or close them..lol...thats not how skin works. You can soften the skin etc..pore size is due to many other factors including sun damage etc ..mostly collagen loss or aging acne clogged pores scarring etc...the such hazel makes sense in making pores look smaller cause it drys skin, and causes it to temporarily tighten.
