For me the B chord and F# is trouble me most because I hardly able to my fingers grabs and has spaces on it.. and thank you showing on screens it does help lots.. God bless!!
With all due respect why do guitar teachers talk about chord shapes? If you put your fingers on the right strings the 'shape' will be there. Knowing how the C chord is 'shaped' doesn't help if your shape is correct but you are on the wrong fret or on the wrong strings. Piano teachers never talk about how fingers are shaped when playing a chord.
@@GarrettNoganAcoustic I just started the guitar in the past six months. I was thinking that maybe I'm missing something in learning since guitar teachers put so much emphasis on chord shapes. For example I know how the G chord is shaped but I can't just put my fingers into a G chord shape and while holding that shape grab the neck of the guitar and automatically strum the G chord. I still have to place each finger of that shape on the right strings/fret. Once you learn where each finger goes what's the benefit of knowing the shape? Serious question🤥

It’s all about the shapes. You don’t want to think of the items individually after the first few tries. Think of the items as a whole picture.
