Check out a “plate heat exchanger”. One under $100 can dissipate several kw of heat and let you run an independent cooling loop. You replace your radiator with the plate heat exchanger. Then you can run a full sized water radiator on an independent loop with plastic and aluminum without worrying about fouling the heat sink on the cpu.
