So happy in the UK the horrendous cabin filter is accessible without removing pedals! I think whichever engineer designed that location for the filter deserves a good and proper kicking.
I've since installed rear sway bar, turbo intake, engine mounts, etc. This remains the most frustrating maintenance/repair experience I've had. Except maybe a TCV upgrade. Maybe. It's a cabin filter for crying out loud.
@@Dux96 Easy to see why so many people/garages just don't bother to change it. I had a 2013 S60 D5 R-Design, filter in the same location. The smell that came out on a hot summer's day was horrendous, it was the filter that had somehow got wet before my ownership and absolutely stunk! The effort to remove was worth it to get rid of that smell!
