11th gen CPUs are dumpster fire, literally. They are less powerful while consuming significantly more power than AMD or even their 10th gen CPUs. At least Intel is competitive with their 12th gen.

Heyy IG!! I’m going to build my first pc with the Ryzen 3700x and the new Rtx 3070. This is going to be my working + gaming pc. I’m gonna be working on some 3D softwares for 3D modelling, texturing, rendering & game designing. I love this cabinet but I’m concerned about the airflow and can you suggest me a perfect budget friendly motherboard for these not expecting any future proofing only going to upgrade the ram from 16gb(8x2) to 32gb(8x4) in the future if needed and just want these cpu and gpu to run smoothly. One thing about 5800x is that its all 8 cores have access to same CCX cache. So if suppose a software (game) uses 8 cores and its working set fits in one CCX cache, then in 5900x, the working set will need to go into the cache of both CCX (2 cores in different CCX of 5900x). Now you need to maintain cache coherency between the 2 CCX cache which may cause 5900x to perform lower than 5800x. If you want only AMD and only for gaming then I will prefer 5800x over 5900x.
