I wouldn’t say that bc it’s trained not inherited (except for a few exceptions like yoriichi) and happens when the human body goes past it’s limits (to put it in short)
If an ability is not considered a power just because it is acquired through training, then Haki for example should not be considered a power.
You may have a point, but I believe that a superhuman ability that does not normally exist in our reality should be considered a power.
