I wish that those who make tutorials would tell how much clear resin they make. Just a thought and just in case you are not aware, a hollyhock is a beautiful flower.
Thanks for telling me. I didn't know it was the English term for a flower. What do you mean about the clear resin? I always make up a little bit more than needed so I can try out a few things 😅 Hope you still liked the video 💜 PS: I am not native English speaker. 😅
@@petragerbracht I love the videos you make, always. I am talking about the amount of resin you make first before you ever begin to pour out to color. I am new at this and I know that I can measure with water, but that just seems to be a messy thing. Hollyhocks are an old fashioned flower. They produce a tall stem that has blooms the grow up the stem.
These look fantastic and the color choice is great! I think the "easy" pours can be the most fun sometimes because you can relax and enjoy creating without having to concentrate so much on what you are doing.
Yes it is and the results are always awesome. I think it's important to show easy pours which have a great result especially for the people that are new to resin. It motivates to go on. 💜
They are super awesome 😍… The way you explained everything is so good.. very helpful for a newbie like me. I have a question, what is a magical mold, is it something different than other molds? Thanks for the video and your answer.
Sorry for my late reply. The Magical Mold is just the name of the mold due to its design. You may want to checkout MoldsandShapes. Link is in my description box. ❤️
OMG those are beautiful! Thank you so much for sharing how to make these coaster. I have been looking for a tutorial that explained the process and the products used. You were great! Thank you 😊
Thank you so much my dear. I think it's important to show newbies easy but beautiful pours 💜 But of course everyone has a different view on what's beautiful 😅 Thanks 🙏 for your support 😘
Thankyou Petra its beautiful colour combi is too good i hve make many coaster and spoiled almost alot couldn't make like you can please tell me after pouring clear resin then how long wait to put colours
Your resin needs to be thick like honey 🍯 I am not giving waiting times because every resin is different and also the room temperature and humidity in the air has to be considered ❤️
Greetings from Mumbai, India. Just came across this video and thank you for sharing it. What a wonderful creation !!!Technique is perfect for beginners but am wondering, do you let resin sit for a while after mixing or do you pour it straight away?? Look forward to your reply. Thank you.
@@petragerbracht I did it! First I stood the glass upside down so I was working on the bottom of the glass/ I put masking tape around the bottom of the glass (and it held just fine). The bottom was not flat so I put a crushed glass center to bring it up and then did a flower.
Absolutely GORGEOUS!!!!!
Look fantabulous 👌👌👌👌
I really love these coasters. The colors are some of my favorites.
Thank you so much 🌸

Beautiful!
Beautiful 😍 never tried making anything with resin yet , so I'm a complete beginner 😊
Start with something easy and then built up. That's how I started my resin journey🩷
@@petragerbracht thankyou I will 😊

PS: Your English is great and that is the reason I thought you might not know what a hollyhock was!
Actually I never measure myself. I just go from the feeling and mostly I just mix up more to test something.
😅
😂 Thank you 🙏 when I checked for the name of Stefanie's mica, I thought 'how strange' 😂🤷🏼♀️😅
I love your work, it's amazing.
So so beautiful thank you for sharing your gift.

For this pour I poured straight away. It's always depending on the Resin being used and the technique you want to pour.
💜💜💜💜
@@petragerbracht thank you for your reply. Am aware our resin may not be of the same quality as yours but will definitely try.
@shernalali6497 sure try it. Normally a low viscosity or medium resin works very well with this technique 💜
@@petragerbracht i have both so will try 2:1 medium viscosity first then my 3:1 low viscosity
@shernalali6497 try the 2:1 💜
Those are very pretty.
I think I will try this on the bottom of wine glasses!
But how do you do it? I mean the effect is on the bottom of the mold 🤷🏼♀️😍😅😊❤️

@@petragerbracht I can't take credit for it. It's on Julie's channel, I think number 1488 (or somewhere around there)
