Just want to say that this video is made by actual IT Engineers, some real but a lot of fictional scenarios in an effort to find some funny elements in our day to day work life...
Many IT folks can correlate one or more scenarios.
Having said that, it was a novice first attempt at something like this, so all those criticizing and disliking this video please think if you ever done anything like this on your own...
