All things considered, I think Loot Goblins is headed in the right direction with the extra production value. Huge credit to Jay and Bonnie for stepping up the support roles of the show.
Meh it's not that serious. I don't watch twitch for rules and etiquette. It's all about the comradarie. And these guys know esfand. They RPd with him for months. I think the main problem people are seeing is esfand playing too close to his vest as a host.. instead of a character.
ngl this episode was the worst one (at least for this season), the vast majority of these guys just couldn't shut up for a sec, it was insane. Out of all of them Burn was the best, quiet and respectful of the show and others, he did great in whatever challenge he had, and all in all seems like a chill guy! I'm going to actually check out his stuff just because of that :D Also Soda was probably the saving grace of this one, if the goblin was played by some random person/small streamer then I probably wouldn't even have watched the vod :/.
Yo unpopular opinion but the RP guys really killed it. Maybe only works if you know them already but honestly I loved this. The chemistry and tomfoolery is immaculate. Comments are shit for this. If I didn't know the streamers, I wouldn't say a thing. Side note.. I can't believe how much five0 looks like a cardboard cut out of a state trooper. I know he's a real cop.. but man.. you can just look at him and tell. Loving the season! Also, Jay the Bard was the best roleplayer this ep. Man has chops.
Seems that most people in the comments are unaware how close the guests are together. Not realizing that they don't take interactions personally. Half the joke is people thinking it's serious. It's not that deep.
This is by far the worst episode. Constant LOUD=FUNNY, everyone yelling over each other in chaos, people being rewarded for breaking the rules, introducing new coin feature and directly overruling it lol, and Penta being annoying af.
Love ya esfand but u might want to go back to season 1 format. The chaos of the irl and remote guests creates way more awkwardness, stalling, and boring explanations than last season. It feels like they didn't put a lot of thought into whether or not the minigames would actually be fun or just tire you out and use up all your energy for the remainder of the show too. That said, I'd still love a season 3
The first season was def better than this. But I don’t think it’s the format that’s the issue, it’s just the execution of it. The mini games are pretty boring, a lot of it doesn’t seem very thought out. They’re just kinda winging it and not even respecting the rules of the game. It’s just like watching a kindergarten or whatever. I think it has a lot of potential if done properly.
