A few questions if you can help us. 1. Are you using a paint brush, a paint roller or nothing to push down the fibers on both of the shirts, after they come out of the pretreating machine? 2. How are you drying the shirts after they come out of the pretreat machine? Are you heat pressing them instantly or are you allowing them to hang dry before Printing on them? I apologize if you have answered these questions in one of your other videos, Thank You in advance.
Hello. Sometimes I use a paint brush, but it's not necessary. Here is a quick video on how to pretreat properly. ua-cam.com/video/jSghkJTUoRc/v-deo.html After they are pretreated I can hang dry the shirt, use a conveyor dryer or use a heat press. If I hang dry usually I brush the shirt first then put a fan on them, 30 minutes later they are typically dry. Remember pretreated shirts must be 100% dry before you can print on them.
