✏️ क्या हम फोलिक एसिड की दवाई लेनी चाहिए या नहीं?? तो हां, बिलकुल लेनी चाहिए अगर आप प्रेगनेंसी प्लानिंग कर रहे है तो आपको ये मेडिसिन जरूर लेनी चाहिए।
फोलिक एसिड विटामिन B है जोकि बॉडी में DNA के मेटीरियल के लिए खूब जरूरी है। इसलिए फोलिक एसिड नए बन रहे बच्चे के लिए खूब जरूरी है। तो हां आपको फोलिक एसिड की मेडिसिन जरूर लेनी चाहिए।
Folic acid is Vitamin B in our body and is important in the formation of a newborn baby. And so if you're planning for pregnancy you should take pills of folic acid.
You can start taking folic acid 3 months prior to the pregnancy and should take the dose as discussed in the video!
