Awesome stuff, great video. Do you know how much of this is structurally taught and demanded verses how much of this is players playing smart, instinctive, and aggressive switching defense? It's obviously a combination of both but would love to know to what extent are these rotations taught. Even more so, I would love to know how the Rensselaer coach instills these rotations while still having his players play hard and discipline while guarding on-ball. I would imagine that when players realize they can get blown by and someone else will pick-up their man, the soundness and quality of the on-ball defense would decline.
