I really think this debut was over hyped by YG. I'm not hating on Baby Monster, I just don't like the song. Empty Chorus, not a really versatile melody, verses uncreative, flow was alright. The group has incredible vocal and dance talent but it really couldn't shine. If you look at their pre-debut stuff, you realize how much more they actually are able to do. I also believe Baby Monster is never going to "dethrone" Blackpink, like all the fans are saying, but we'll see. Again I'm not hating nor trying to compare the two girl groups. this is my personal opinion. But I do agree that the editing of this Music Video was amazing and the girls are so pretty!

@@Human-eg7yf Oh hi lol, yes I also feel the same way. I think (really hope I'm not too delusional) that YG consider this more like a "special debut" that was forced by the circumstances. YG has talked about Ahyeon so many times, he basically was planning to shape the group around her. That's why this debut feels incomplete, it actually is to the core.
@@Rere-Kj I wonder what do you think about YG first girlgroup who debuted in 2002. They were highly inspired by TLC and Aaliyah, so right in the original Y2K. SWi.T had very different vocals than BabyMonster, I wonder what makes you say BabyMonsters vocals are 2000s.
I wasn’t blown away by this debut BUT it’s a good start, the girls are extremely talented that much is obvious I just hope they are given better songs in the future that better showcase their talent and really make an impact. They are called BABYMONSTER, give them music to live up to their name and be monsters and the new revolution in the industry, YG don’t fail them.

Is not better songs, Batter Up is a solid banger, it's just too BlackPink and we need to see Babymonster something different, something unique, something that actually represents the girls and can set them apart.
@@ShezanAlam2010 It's probably just the white and the backstreet that gives shut down vibes? White is a common aesthetic at YG, as well as the backstreet. Many people pointed out how similar Shut Down mv was to some 2NE1 mvs.
thats true i was thinkin the same for days , It gives Treasure vibes , how to start their raps immediately before even the chorus ends And that Dance party at the end tho It's far different than Blackpink
I'm stuck between being a bit disappointed with this debut, and also being happy with it. I'm a bit disappointed that they feel too close to Black Pink. When a new group debuts, I really want to hear a new sound. I want them to have a sound, where in the future, I'll be able to listen to their new songs, and immediately think "Yeah, this is their sound". But if they continue like this, all I'm going to think is that this is the Black Pink sound. On the other hand, I have been starved for Black Pink music, so I'm also a little happy that I get this. Because the song is good, and it is catchy. So it really scratches the itch that Black Pink is not really fulfilling for me. As a consumer, I'm happy to get new music that I like. But I feel a little sad for BABYMONSTER, since they will be compared to Black Pink so much, because of the heavy similarities. I hope they can develop more of a unique sound in the future, so they can stick out more. Because they seem talented enough for it. Unfortunately the decision is probably all up to YGE to make it happen. And I have a sneaky suspicion that YGE will go for the safe option of releasing music they know will be a hit, in the form of Black Pink style music. But hopefully I'm wrong
That's why I like XG so much. They're sound is directly inspired by american artists and not kpop artists, they go so far as to record their albums in america with american producers and rappers. Also they are inspired most by kehlani which isn't generic pop music but rooted in R&B. Also, the XG rappers and singers are crazy talented.
I totally agree. It is also one of the reasons I really like NewJeans and Dreamcatcher. Dreamcatchers title tracks always have their signature sound, but they never sound the same. And with NewJeans, it's not just thier title tracks. It's most of their songs.
This is an answer to your past selves: Yes, YG gave them a comeback, with Ruka, Asa, Ahyeon and Chiquita in 1 song are the stable rappers. Rora, Rami,Pharita, sometimes Ahyeon also focus on vocal. They have a few songs, I know they have 2 albums, of which one is a debut album, and another is real called "Drip". They have such slay songs. I hope your past self is thankful for the info I gave them.
I feel like every YG title track song is meant for the general public, not for a specific demographic, or, to say, those who are already kpop fans. Crazy beats, repetitive choruses, flashy sets, and rave party outrous are what define YG. After a couple years of being a kpop fan, I can say this tactic really works a lot in capturing new markets, and I see nothing wrong with that. Staying true to their own identity and sound is what makes them unique in this industry. Well, listening to K-pop music is a personal choice, what matters most is that we take care of ourselves by finding and listening to music that brings joy to us.
I think that a group having an identity is more important than the company having one. If the company makes all their groups have roughly the same vibe/concept/type of music, then what's the point of debuting new groups? It's fine to appeal to new markets, but using a different approach to this debut could have worked fine. Now they face criticism from existing fans, and creating a rep of recycling concepts will only make people lose faith in the company's ability to release something they haven't heard before, and make avid fans overly protective of their groups, claiming that their concepts are 'totally different', causing discussion and toxicity between fans. !Just my opinion!
@@Noonas_admirer well, I agree how YG sucks creatively, but to think of it, before debuting Baemon, they really emphasize the "YG FAMILY" concept, which I think really makes sense now, that debuting a new group with the cohosiveness of the company's identity that sets the group apart from the trend could be their tactic in continuing their legacy, which creates a deeper connection and bond that resonates with the fans and clients
Problem is this song isn't as captivating. Many scenes are referencing to their other old songs. We don't really get a new era of music, songs and dances, they are just continously recycled.
I've been thinking the same thing. Sorta. I see a lot of complaints about repetitive choruses. But if you want to get a song stuck in as many people's minds as possible, even if they don't speak the language, repetition. Just make the rest of the song worth it! Even repetitive korean lyrics that I don't understand I'll find myself singing along to or singing to myself at work.
YG: We’re gonna delay BM’s debut to make sure the quality of music is good. Also YG: let’s give BM the YG starter pack kit for their debut. 😂😂 this debut was overhyped
Boombayah, Playing with fire, Forever Young and As If It Your Last were meant to be 2NE1 songs. YG kept it your years and then reuse the demo. YG always do that! And Babymonster song is giving YG groups vibe (like Treasure, 2NE1, Blackpink, Big Bang, Winner, iKON...)! Btw, I love the song! It just YG need to come up with more genre songs and new concepts!
YG / Teddy said this exact thing in the BlackPink Light up the Sky, There are 100 of songs on his computer, they just can not show them all now. So if one group does not sing it, someone else will. 2NE1 to BlackPink, now BlackPink to BabyMonster. they even went one step further. BlackPink to Somi. with Touchdown to Fast Forward. (TouchDown was a song potentially leaked, and BP never used it for what ever reason) so you never know who will actually get to sing a song, or everyone will sing the song, YG owns it all, and every artist potentially could just say, OHH, I like that, let me use this .
When I heard this song, I thought it might have been an unreleased song from early BP. One potential name for BP was Baby Monster, or so I heard. As far as Chiquita's "crown," it's a nod to BP lisa, since Lisa is Chiquita's roll model, and they're both Thai (which is what Lisa was representing with her crown).
@@daydreamcsyep, lisa is more close with pharita. She calls lisa unnie in the predebut video and they both have lunch several times. She was the one mentioned in lisa’s interview. Btw, the crown one is a basic things to do, for example every itzy song and it is very common in dance choreo
@@rens1075 Oh I didn't see that sorry :/ or I don't remember. I just saw the video where Chiquita was shocked to meet Lisa (and Jennie in th other one) and the group were talking about how much Lisa's head was small 😭 like for me that was the first time they saw her after that I have no idea what they've done together
Have to agree Asa’s rap iconic Although it wasn’t well as we expected to most people’s standards it’s a good debut and I’m sure they can improve and have more incredible MVS Also I did not notice that foreshadowing of snow and nails 😂❤
It's not YG's fault. Everyone saw how ridiculously talented the girls are, and hyped themselves up to the point where no one would be able to realistically meet those expectations in a single debut track. What was YG supposed to do? Not show off or promote the girls? Also, I'm betting the Ahyeon situation screwed the debut up much more than people are realizing.
@definitelyaproperusername2626 But they literally broke a record with their debut already as fastest debut song to reach 50 million views. Love it or hate it but YGs statement wasn't false.
At 3:51, that scene looked extremely similar to Jennie's part in how you like that MV. Watching again the part at 11:24 looked extremely similar to Jisoo's part in how you like that. The song is good and the cinemaphotography is great, but I think the debut lacks originality and creativity. The rappers showed some promise, but I think we need to hear more from the vocalists of the group for the next comeback. It's only a single album, so maybe for the next they'll bring something different to the table. In other words, show why they're not mini blackpink, but they are baby monster and they are their own group and have their own identity.
@@alicia4830 There is is no scene of Jisoo surrounded by flowers in How You Like That, but Ros'e did in her entrance of the song, before the first chorus dropped.
I love the song overall. Maybe cause i'm not expect so much from them. The song overall, without any comparison just a good or bad choices, the song was good imo. Cause for me, i focus on the beat and the lyrics. If the beat is good, the story behind it goo, if it was my vibe, it's good.
That pose on the thumbnail - Minnie from (G)i-dle did it first in 'Lion' performance during her high note and it became one of the most iconic moments in kpop. Idk the origin of it or who else did it (won't count gidle members ofc) but only these 3 (Minnie Lisa Chiquita) in the span of 5 years became so memorable doing that pose. And they're all Thai having good relationship with each others. More like Thai-line thing lol.
@@taurustar8692 itzy did it before Lion released tho. And that pose is not "gidle pose" or "itzy pose". That crown gesture has been exist for a long time for example, Royal Dance Crew already did it in 2014
Why,no one is talking about Blackpink copying other artists music beats? Always targetting only on Babymonster. Blackpink also copied music beats of others 1.Shutdown - intro music beat is copied from (Niccolo Paganini- La campanella) 2.Crazy over you - main beat is also copied from a Indian song called( Bipasha -2012)go search it . 3. Pink venom - Lisa's part was copied from Rihana's song (Pon de replay 2005). And these haters are only accusing Babymonster not Blackpink for copying .Some blinds even say it is a sample or inspirations. Blackpink also copied the concepts of 2ne1
Love Black Pink and Baby Monster has such amazing artists. Was surprised by Batter Up. Catchy though and love the rap sections. It's really interesting how there is a divergence between the production coming out of large Entertainment groups like YG, versus some of the more innovative or edgy production coming out of XG, or even some of the smaller bootstrap type entertainment groups that let their artists get involved with producing music, composing, and influencing artistic vision and directing -- like with One Pact who just debuted this week. The budgets are smaller, the resources are limited, but curious what you think about about their Must Be Nice '좋겠다' music video.
I liked this debut, and I like to think that this kind of format and theme is just paying homage to BP at some point (considering that they debut after BP; talking abt YGs GGs), but I also hope they slowly transition as an independent group without the association to other YG artists as much as they do now.
4:42 I think they had her off-center bc it's a surprisingly long static shot compared to the rest of the mv So as a viewer you expect the scene to either change or the camera to pan over them but when neither happens you look off-center to the only object (or member in this case) that's in the foreground, which is when she gives this very charismatic sassy expression as if saying 'oh no, I'm not finished yet' and does rest of the dance move Like you always say, subverting expectations gives contrast, contrast gives focus
I love how you can tell not only in the song but also in the Mv which BP member would have what parts. It’s a catchy song but Babymonster is was to skilled and talented for this😭 I wanna see these girls’ talents shine!
The mv looks kinda retro and old-school, but as if it wasn't done intentionally. If someone had told me that it was filmed and edited in 2015/2016, I would have totally believed it.
Jordan’s comments and sound effects are gold. Having a breakdown of how MV’s are produced adds to the value of the production. It’s like BP had kids and they’re following in their parents dance steps. :)
Theory; 0:58 - here it looks like they are running away from the police, because of the vibrant lights and the background sound 1:59 -The group's name is Babymonster, in this scene the egg could symbolize that they were born and came to dominate. The egg is cracked because they were born 2:06 - For society, in this case they are monsters that came to dominate, and are dangerous and as we can see in this scene there is a space that humans created to trap them, but with their power they are able to get out of there and be free. 3:52 - In this scene she may be representing an ice monster, being a mythical legend 9:36 - if you notice some things are flying(levitation) showing that they also have powers 9:37 - In this scene I thought of them in a city full of prejudiced people who don't understand what they are being mean to them, so they will dominate the city and in the end the world if necessary 9:39 & 2:39 Can these two scenes possibly show claws? 11:32 & 11:35 They have a lot to say and will surprise everyone, as they will rule society from now on. And people made a mistake in doubting their power thinking they can just saying them "shut up" 13:01 - they will show who they truly are and who is in charge what do you think?
I only felt BP vibe during ASA's part... well the colors... and Chiquita's part in first verse ( the snow scene was mixture of "How u like that" and "Pink venom" mvs second chorus) but throughout the whole MV I was thinking "damn, it sounds and looks like so much BigBang, 2ne1 and IKON". The opening isn't just used in BP mvs, it's a classic YG entrance, all groups under YG has at least one MV opening like this. Ruka's rap part in MV was a callback to Bigbang "Bang Bang Bang" era. Chiquita's part in 2nd verse was a callback to 2ne1 "I am the best MV". The ending editing where everything goes black slowly before the song changes - that's the same editing from BigBang "Bang Bang Bang" when the song changes at the end. It's a standard YG song, more like a YG anthem rather than BabyMonster's debut song. That's why people weren't happy because it's not something new or exciting. It would've had better effect on people if we didn't know who they are and weren't introduced to them. It would be like "Oh new YG group, oh look at them, who they are, wow so much liek YG groups". But as we know them already, same old YG song is not exciting. Even tho I like the girls, some of them didn't fit the theme like Pharita's first part, it was a forced attutude scene, I was kinda cringed. Same goes Chiquita's snow scene. I was like "Nope, thanks". They are teens, let them be teens. Not forced faked-fierce grown up wanna-be's. They have better potential.
Honestly I do not understand why some people complain that it’s similar to Blackpink and 2NE1. That’s the whole point, they’re all YG girl groups that follow the YG style. Baby monster is a YG girl group for the new generation. They all are supposed to be similar, please use your brain sometimes. (I mean those people that hate on BM and aren’t just pointing out the similarities, please don’t hate on literal children for something they didn’t choose)
I kind agree but at the same time I think it's legit to some people just not like because it's the same sound again and again. Like I get it, it's theirs style, but the way YG does it seems more like they are too lazy or stubborn to came up with something new them to keep with a music background or tradition. I mean, a lot of the big companies have a "style" SM, JYP, Hybe, even Cube or Starship, but not all of their groups sounds so close that if you're not a fan you can't say who is who. So yeah, I'm not desapointed because I didn't believe in YG claims but I think it's fair for some people to be since they set the bar really up for something "new and refreshing". It is good? Yes! But absolute inovative? Nop.
@@BeatrizRodrigues-bj1de This is exactly what we 'haters' are saying. YG is too lazy, you can have a cohesive sound without each group sounding almost identical. In the case of Babymonster, they are way too vocally talented to be just this hip&hop inspired girl group and they easily could have had an R&B kind of sound which would still fit YG.
The megaphone bit in the beginning is definitely giving boombayah, it’s like yg took different bits of black pinks videos and put them into one video with batter up
They won't, because they can't, Blackpink's brand is owned by YG ,So yeah ,no. Also this has always been YG's formula,,A lot of BP scenes are taken from 2ne1 as well.
YESSS!!! The fact that Jordan did a video for BAYMON's debut MV totally made my day! I was worried he wouldn't do a video for "Batter Up" when it's just one of the countless K-pop MV's out there. Always appreciate Jordan's review/reaction vids, makes me notice the details and appreciate K-pop editors and just editors in general more, they are so under-appreciated IMHO: "Batter Up" does draw a lot of references from previous YG MV's (esp BP's), I do wish BAYMON the best, they have amazing potential, just hope YG can get things sorted out...also really wish Ahyeon could've debuted with them T-T
Heeey Babymonster girls did great🥺I actually loved the song, YG's songs mostly hace the same vibe, structure. It's not bad, it's just their thing. I kinda expected sth like this
Yea has the same literal vibe as a blackpink song that never made it out😭 no hate to the girls obviously not their faults but yg never has something new
The song is okay, its a decent track, its not as promising and didnt lived up to the expectation yg want us to expect, but damn the Raps, bringing back the kpop raps that bratata, this kind of raps is rare to gg nowadays
People are recycling insults at this point. B.P was a 2ne1 2.0 or "copied their style". I hated that then and I hate it now. Its a YG sound until the groups take part in producing.🤷🏽♀️
Love your reaction to blackpink… Oh its Babymonster! I love them both! I love this debut. Because of your explanation, got to appreciate more the hard-work of Baby monster. Very happy for them!
I think it is not necessary to compare them with blackpink, it is just YG's style, and it is not babyMonster's fault, it is the fault of the company or the producer of the song
i won't say it's a "fault" tho. YG knows who their target audience are. Which are the YG stans (including me). The thing with YG stans is no matter how many songs they "copy paste" we'll still going to enjoyed it bcs we just love the YG style. The thing with YG having songs sounds similar to each other have been going on for many years but they still going strong because that's what YG stans wants.
@@Minji_Hanni_Dani_Haerin_Hyein that's an old song bro, most of YG songs that era also sounds the same with haru haru or "Haru Haru remix". They changed their style after 2NE1 debut and then all songs sound similar to 2NE1 songs. That's just how YG evolved their music.
Man I really hate this song. Not only because I find it boring and absolutely uncreative, but because I like their voices and the song did absolutely nothing to showcase it. The only thing that stands out is the rap of the girl in pink fur, everyone else just blends into one tone and even that tone is overpowered by the music.
People have encapsulated their mind to believe Baemon is BP copycat and we can see it clearly here on how the crown thing is used by ITZY in every MV since their debut but it reminds him to Lisa. 😂

i think y’all forgetting this is yg style its not a copy and paste of blackpink because it’s literally ygs style you can’t expect them to change everything about the music they make when its his distinctive style, so saying its a copy and paste is dumb. and ppl who say the chorus is empty I’m sorry but what do you want?! explosions and gun noises😭
YG wouldn't be known if it were not because of their signature sound of Trap, Hip Hop, EDM, and MV which has a party sound at the end. YG Stans and those who knew music well appreciate it. BM's music might be similar to BP but it's obvious that they focus more on Hip Hop and showcases their vocals. It's so sad that BM gets a lot of bashing and hate and even compares them to other Gen-Girl groups. I am a blink, a blackjack, and even love other girl groups. We must be respectful and just be appreciative that YG's Boy Groups and Girl groups like 2NE1, Blackpink, and now Baby Monsters, create and balance the genre of music that we can listen to and relate to. We respect opinions are opinions, but sometimes it results to hate. Let's be kind.
As YG stans, i find it funny when people complaining BM sounds like BP. I mean like, that is YG. They always "copy paste" songs among YG groups and we love it. They have done this even before BIGBANG debut😂

I love how technical you are doing with your reviews and somehow comparing them. I just basically love how you do your thingggg. 🎉
I mean i think they have very big potential but if i listened to the begening of the song for the first time, i would listen to the begining and think « this song seems boring » like wtf is this yg
Well, it's quite the opposite for me. I don't like batter up considering HOW YOUNG THEY ARE. Badass girl crush concept doesn't suit them at all. It's a concept that you do when you reach certain maturity and gain some experience. It was so forced and yg trying too hard to create BP 2.0(or 2ne1 3.0?) I just can't take seriously that these kids act so tough, so badass even tho they just enter the industry

for me like the final dance break part gave 2ne1 vibes but then a lot of the sets looked like they were from shutdown tbh
@@ShezanAlam2010 It's probably just the white and the backstreet that gives shut down vibes? White is a common aesthetic at YG, as well as the backstreet. Many people pointed out how similar Shut Down mv was to some 2NE1 mvs.
I wonder if Teddy girlgroup will have more Blackpink vibes then. Teddy produced 2NE1 and Blackpink but not BabyMonster.

I was feeling the same but if you're a YG fan you will understand and this is just the beginning so more is coming I know they won't disappoint us
Only YG is locked up in 2010. How can it be this old!

That would be many surprise we're waiting for. I think this mv approved that they're talented since many people campared them to blackpink.
@@tonymerckx2257you can say you do not like the song. Insulting the girls is unnecessary though.
This is an answer to your past selves:
Yes, YG gave them a comeback, with Ruka, Asa, Ahyeon and Chiquita in 1 song are the stable rappers. Rora, Rami,Pharita, sometimes Ahyeon also focus on vocal. They have a few songs, I know they have 2 albums, of which one is a debut album, and another is real called "Drip". They have such slay songs. I hope your past self is thankful for the info I gave them.
I looooove your shot analysis so much. Really inspiring.
I also thought about that one particular frame as being really weird, but it makes it so memorable.
Come on bro.. let's be real. It's the mass streaming and mass buying by K-pop zombies that will literally eat anything YG put on a plate 💩 💩 💩..
It’s their thing like a signature. I don’t think they need to change anything. All the groups you mentioned were very successful and that tells a lot.
@@nrmnnk4057 Teddy would be in the credits though if they used one song of his creation which he has none in this one
And that's why i forever be eternally grateful for Whistle, because we could say that is the most pure essence of BLACKPINK. Thank you so much B.I.

And Chiquita and Lisa are very close if I remeber right, I mean Lisa and Jennie are in a predebut video of BM
@@Unknown-wq7isno they're not close, i think it was the first time Chiquita met Lisa atcually (in the pre-debut videos)
@@daydreamcsyep, lisa is more close with pharita. She calls lisa unnie in the predebut video and they both have lunch several times. She was the one mentioned in lisa’s interview. Btw, the crown one is a basic things to do, for example every itzy song and it is very common in dance choreo

Have to agree Asa’s rap iconic
Although it wasn’t well as we expected to most people’s standards it’s a good debut and I’m sure they can improve and have more incredible MVS
Also I did not notice that foreshadowing of snow and nails 😂❤
i feel bad for babymonster, being all hyped up by YG, there’s just so much pressure on them to live up to the expectations
It's not YG's fault. Everyone saw how ridiculously talented the girls are, and hyped themselves up to the point where no one would be able to realistically meet those expectations in a single debut track. What was YG supposed to do? Not show off or promote the girls? Also, I'm betting the Ahyeon situation screwed the debut up much more than people are realizing.
overall song is not bad but mid.....ofc yg did good with pre promotions n creating the hype....but not making that level of song is a problem@@arqHHM

Love it or hate it but YGs statement wasn't false.
@definitelyaproperusername2626still record-breaking tho, overhyped or not, fact--they still broken a record
I agree!
Jisoo never had a flower scene in How You Like That, but she did in Lovesick Girls. I'm hoping that's what you meant.
@MidnightViolet7 no, I'm talking about how you like that.

I think YG didn't over hyped Baby Monster. It was us who over hyped YG production in general.
Why,no one is talking about Blackpink copying other artists music beats? Always targetting only on Babymonster.
Blackpink also copied music beats of others
1.Shutdown - intro music beat is copied from (Niccolo Paganini- La campanella)
2.Crazy over you - main beat is also copied from a Indian song called( Bipasha -2012)go search it .

I am addicted to this song، this song was really amazing and special for me
I really like this song, it is so YG coded with 2nd gen element. I love it soooo much ❤
I liked this debut, and I like to think that this kind of format and theme is just paying homage to BP at some point (considering that they debut after BP; talking abt YGs GGs), but I also hope they slowly transition as an independent group without the association to other YG artists as much as they do now.
4:42 I think they had her off-center bc it's a surprisingly long static shot compared to the rest of the mv
So as a viewer you expect the scene to either change or the camera to pan over them but when neither happens you look off-center to the only object (or member in this case) that's in the foreground, which is when she gives this very charismatic sassy expression as if saying 'oh no, I'm not finished yet' and does rest of the dance move
Like you always say, subverting expectations gives contrast, contrast gives focus
I’ve waited for your reaction to this. Thanks so much!

If someone had told me that it was filmed and edited in 2015/2016, I would have totally believed it.
that "OGH, OK" 00:01
Jordan’s comments and sound effects are gold. Having a breakdown of how MV’s are produced adds to the value of the production. It’s like BP had kids and they’re following in their parents dance steps. :)
as a fellow nerd that loves kpop, your videos make my day lol
I am so glad you made this video cause so many people are arguing it's completely different
For me it was really hyped up by YG. Plus everything looks so nostalgic

They are identical-sounding songs. Even Lisa would be holding onto her wig cap at this point.
Theory;
0:58 - here it looks like they are running away from the police, because of the vibrant lights and the background sound
1:59 -The group's name is Babymonster,
in this scene the egg could symbolize that they were born and came to dominate.
The egg is cracked because they were born
2:06 - For society, in this case they are monsters that came to dominate,
and are dangerous and as we can see in this scene there is a space that humans created to trap them,
but with their power they are able to get out of there and be free.
3:52 - In this scene she may be representing an ice monster, being a mythical legend
9:36 - if you notice some things are flying(levitation) showing that they also have powers
9:37 - In this scene I thought of them in a city full of prejudiced people who don't understand what they are being mean to them,
so they will dominate the city and in the end the world if necessary
9:39 & 2:39 Can these two scenes possibly show claws?
11:32 & 11:35 They have a lot to say and will surprise everyone, as they will rule society from now on. And people made a mistake in doubting their power thinking they can just saying them "shut up"
13:01 - they will show who they truly are and who is in charge
what do you think?
THIS IS AMAZING
13:15 it’s giving 2NE1 ‘I AM THE BEST’
Honestly I do not understand why some people complain that it’s similar to Blackpink and 2NE1. That’s the whole point, they’re all YG girl groups that follow the YG style. Baby monster is a YG girl group for the new generation. They all are supposed to be similar, please use your brain sometimes. (I mean those people that hate on BM and aren’t just pointing out the similarities, please don’t hate on literal children for something they didn’t choose)
Agreeeeee
And why they choose literal children
All companies have a style but there’s a limit. Red Velvet and aespa or Twice and Itzy don’t sound that similar.
The megaphone bit in the beginning is definitely giving boombayah, it’s like yg took different bits of black pinks videos and put them into one video with batter up

It's a concept that you do when you reach certain maturity and gain some experience. It was so forced and yg trying too hard to create BP 2.0(or 2ne1 3.0?) I just can't take seriously that these kids act so tough, so badass even tho they just enter the industry
@@zytaolkurt5608 YOU GAIN MY RESPECT LIKE GIRL CRUSH FOR A 14 YEAR OLD WEARING CHAINS AND LONG NAILS IM UNCOMFORTABLE 😭
The 'crown' move reminded you of blackpink, but the black pink crown move was first the trademark of Royal Family hiphop dance crew.
