I use a Phillips screwdriver. One of the screws is stuck there, if the screw didn’t get stripped, probably the screw cap behind the front panel was loosen. If so, try to remove the other unit first, then reach for the cap with one hand, hold it tight, and use a screwdriver with your other hand. Good luck!
