Please try to change the DNS on your TV using the following steps:
1. Press Home button > Choose Setup > Press on Network
2. Press on Network Setup
3. Select Expert
4. Choose Wifi
5. Select your Network
6. Choose Status Info
7. Write down your IP address
8. Go back to your network and choose Advanced Options
9. Click on IP Settings
10. Select Static
11. Enter the first three group of numbers of your IP address
12. For the Gateway enter the full IP address of your router
13. Enter 24 for the Network Prefix Length. Click on Next
14. Enter DNS server 1 as 8.8.8.8 and DNS server 2 as 8.8.4.4
15. Press OK.

In my TV everything is good app is upto date & movies are playing but TV serials doesn't playing it shows playback error occurred accessing this content while movies are streaming very smoothly. But it comes to TV serials they don't play what to do where to go & report? I've tried everything uninstalled the install again.
