Chiron is faster than koenigsegg,bugatti is more reliable as well, it's a bigger company, also more stable at high speeds,bugatti it's just another level.

Chris really is great to watch review vehicles. His love of cars and ability shine through. He seems to be a good and honest source and will trim out the chaff. He seems happier in his job now; he seemed rather taciturn early on.

One word: masterpiece. Simply state of the art. (Watch the video on how the Chiron was created and you'll marvel at the level of engineering that went into creating it.) It's mind boggling. I love the Big Three hypercars -- Porche 918, the McLaren P1, and LaFerrari (and yes, the bang-for-your-buck Hennesseys & Koenigseggs) but as a total package, this car eclipses them, and most of the reviewers I've watched say as much. They giggle, they laugh, and they say they've never driven anything like the Chiron. For now, nothing else is even close to the Chiron in terms of the *total* package and the seamless synergy of acceleration, top speed, braking, handling, ride comfort, and luxury.

For what a must have been a combination of the glamorous shots, tranquil music, and phenomenal car, I truly felt a sense of wonder and awe from this point on until the end of the video. Mind you, I was never very impressed in the bugatti veyron, or really any production cars in general since they're limited in performance compared to custom builds. However, the filmography displayed here of such a true masterpiece of a machine gave me a feeling I have never felt before.

It is precisely because not everyone can have a car like this that the car exists in the first place. Of course, VW taking a 2 million dollar hit for every car they make notwithstanding. But you knew that I'm sure.

Chiron is the last of its kind. Concorde of the roads. Sure there will faster cars (most likely from Koenigsegg) but none will beat the Chiron in refinement. Giving you the feeling of driving a normal car, that just happens to have 1500 horsepowers lol

@WARRIOR FIGHTER PAHLAWAN TBH Koenigsegg and Bugatti are 2 different car companies, Buggati isn't chasing top speed records anymore as much, they are refining their driving experience and comfort. On the other hand, Konesiegg is trying too set records constantly, but they lack comfort and drivability. Please don't compare the two.

Yet I've been in two Bugatti and though every single inch of the car exudes it's well into the millions price, you can also tell on every single inch of the car that only engineers from Volkswagen could have possibly been the designers of Bugatti. I looked the first one over as though it was a museum piece for almost a half an hour before stepping inside. It's really extraordinary. It's as though Etore Bugatti and Heinrich Porsche channeled the designs from the other side.

I'm glad Top Gear has recovered quite so rapidly. This is a very different style to that of CHM's presentation, and that's good. Two motoring shows that are well made, instead of just one.

Always hated the hype surrounding bugattis ever since they claimed the tops speed record way back when...now it is 100% justified... the design is immaculate and the engineering is unrivaled.
There is a reason why they cost 2.5 million dollars. State of the art engineering. The engine alone is a engineering marvel. A 16 cylinder V8 with 4 turbo chargers and it has 8 radiators. Even the wheels are designed to use the air flow to cool the 16.5 inch brakes and it has 8 rotors. The Chiron is the very very best of automotive technology.

The engine of the veyron from 2004-2005 they went flat out with one engine and it produced 3000 hp. They limited the engine to 1001 hp for cooling reasons. The extra 2000 hp was to hot for the car. So this heavily updated engine of the veyron could do 3500-4000 hp I think if cooling could be done.
Still the most amazing thing about this vehicle is how it combines such mind boggling performance with such composure. He is hitting some epic numbers and it looks like he could be driving a Rolls Royce he looks so poised and level in the driver's seat. Absolutely spectacular!

I'm not a bugatti fan generally but you can just so clearly see how composed this car is in cornering and how clean and smooth the acceleration is. 236mph one handed and again it looks like it's painted onto the road. great video. marvelous engineering.

I really enjoy watching Chris Harris review cars. You feel his excitement and joy and of course any annoyances he gets when reviewing these extreme cars. I am however curious why none of the main car reviewers show a Koenigsegg? Are they not made available or is it the small quantity production runs? I would love to see Chris Harris in a One:One!
