  • Here is my elementary explanation on how to begin teaching sentence analysis to your child! Prerequisites include: knowledge/recognition of the symbols, and the ability to write and/or read.
    THIS IS BASIC! You can do things like this simply at home without the classroom materials, but there are many more presentations! That being said, you also want to make sure to teach other parts of sentence composition like punctuation, paragraphing, etc.

    Thank you mum ,but at what age is it introduced?

      Typically this is meant for ages 6-7. The children have to have a basic ability to read simple sentences and be developed enough to concentrate through analyzing a sentence, not individual words

      Do you mean the "past participle"? Could you give an example so I know how to help?

      @@julial.b.6800 when I write question answer or telling English when I use only word past perticiple mean tell told ,is enough what I am saying,or must use helpin verb + past perticiple word

      @pujabhowmik7103 that's enough. It is simpler in English than in other languages like Spanish or French. It's acceptable to say either "Yesterday, I told me kids to play". If you add the past participle, there is a consequence action. "Yesterday I had told my kids to play because they had said they were bored."
