INGREDIENTS USED
-2 beef kidneys
-5 fresh tomatoes (chopped)
-1.5 cups of cooking oil
-Half onion (chopped)
-2 garlic cloves (chopped)
-Chopped mixed veggies (carrot, Bell peppers, onions)
-1-2tbs saturated beef kidney stock( from cooking up the beef kidney)
-About half cup of water
-Chopped leaks and parsley
BEEF KIDNEY SEASONING
-Half tsp salt
-2 Maggi seasoning cubes
-2tsp white pepper
-1tsp black pepper
-half tsp cayenne pepper powder
-1tsp kankan ( Cameroon BBQ spice)
-1tsp ginger powder
-2tsp garlic powder
-1tsp chicken seasoning powder (YES!)
STEW SEASONING
-1 chicken seasoning cube
-1tbs blended garlic
-Half tsp salt
