- Jimmy Rosenberg is back and he's playing as good as ever. He was in our store to pick up his new Eastman DM Gypsy Jazz model, of course there was room for a jam, some songs and even some lessons. Looking great,,,,he has doubled in weight and obviously struggled the impact of drugs...if he loses 20kg he will be on the right track.
I wish Jimmy all good things in life. I love his approach to music. He's a top-tier virtuoso that will play with anyone of any ability. I saw an interview where he discussed this. It makes me think that even I could jam with him someday.

I can confirm this, he played with me and my friends after his concert last year.

After watching the movie of Jimmy and Jon Larsen as well as his TV interview from last year, it's great to get something updated from just a couple of months ago. It's great that he's gotten a new guitar and still moving forward. He looks better in this video than he did in last year's interview which I hope continues. His right hand technique is so wonderful. It's as if his hand is on a free moving hinge using his outstretched middle finger to his pinky as counter weights. Stay with it Jimmy. There are lot of people around the world sending you warm hugs. The main thing is that you are healthy and happy.

His mind is quicker than his his hands are however you recognize his sound immediately. Beautiful sound of his guitar. I often miss him as an artist and as a human. I hope he will become serious again with his talent, with his public and most important with himself.

But he's still with us which is the most important thing. It's like riding a bike. Also, this was obviously him playing "cold", without a warm up, on a new guitar and him still working on his personal issues. Even half of the "old" Jimmy is a pleasure to watch and listen to. His right hand technique is still there amoungst other things.

the guitar is a heap of shit wood i know he has to make money but he will never use that guitar seriously he sounds better on a electric archtop or a dupont.
