Did you pay extra? I have never had a "russian manicure" but my cuticles are always cut when i get my nails done. Is there more differences?

@@amandacarrington2718 you do pay extra, they are def more pricey. My nail salons would never cut my cuticles, oil me up or take their time to give me the perfect shape! So to me it’s worth it

It's called getting ripped off, cuticle work is a part of the process not something you should pay extra for. Any professionally trained nail tech knows this. Russian is just a technique for doing cuticle work, it's not the only way it can be done.

Cuticle work is a regular part of getting your nails done,if your tech isn't doing this...find a new one. Russian is just a technique used in cuticle maintenance.
