Agree. I rarely feel impacted by athletes I don't know but Kobe was unique and one-of-a-kind. He clearly impacted others this way, too. The effect he had on millions around the world is amazing to see now. SO much love for him and his family. Rest In Power.

I used to hate him cause he always beat my team. I was so shocked to know he passed. It affected me in a way I can't explain. It made me realize he was someone so great that it affected the world. I'm so sad.

i lost my best friend when i was 17, i had to make a speech (forced) i couldnt fucking speak.
it honestly my first time losing someone. (lost my 100 year old grandma, and grandpa before) but losing my bestfriend since i was in kindergarten all of a sudden because of a freak accident, FUCKED ME UP till this day 12 years later. at that speech i couldnt contain myself. I think i might have said 5 words and broke down crying, his mom walked me out and we cried outside for an hour. watching this today made me realize one fucking thing. hug who you love, tell who you love that you love them. "If you admire somebody, you should go ahead and tell them.
People never get the flowers while they can still smell them."KAYNE WEST". i realized today that the reason i couldnt say anything at my best friends eulogy was because everything i wanted to say that day were things i regretted not being able to say to him while he was still on this earth.
