Rifat Jan , basically this is way too much curd for 11/2 kg meat, actually you only need less than a cup for this much meat(as far as I informed), few cooks even don’t add curd..
I really appreciate your channell coz it promotes Kashmiri food. However you got to be accurate and honest in your detail. This is not the way RoganJosh is made. Rogan Josh is traditionally a Kashmiri Pandit (hindu) recipe just like Rista is a traditionally Kashmiri Muslim recipe. In the authentic recipe meat is never boiled. It will lose its taste. Also the beauty of RoganJosh is that it is made without onion, garlic and tomatoes. My suggestion would be to call a spade a spade.

With great reverence and regards, before replying to your comment here is the pandith style rogan josh recipe you might be talking about : •Wash mutton and drain water •Heat oil in a pressure cooker or cooking pan •Add asafoetida,cumin seeds, add green cardamom, bay leaves (optional) and cloves •Add the washed meat and fry until water released by the mutton is absorbed •Add red chilli and yogurt, fry until yogurt starts leaving the oil from the sides, •Add ginger powder, fennel powder and salt. •Then add a cup of water and cook upto 2 to three whistles or until the meat is tender Lastly sprinkle some crushed cumin and cardamoms. However this recipe has been modified over the years in accordance with how people eat. Meat is boiled to remove scum,one can skip it and meat doesn't lose it's taste with a single boil. Garlic etc is shown here because nowadays that's what is used in wazwan. It is obviously known to all that pandits use Asafoetida,so if a pandit is making this,they can modify accordingly. But I am showing it here how it's made in wazwan and for a larger audience. Lastly, for your very kind info ma'am , this dish was originally brought to Kashmir by the Mughals, whose cuisine was in turn influenced by Persian cuisine. So it won't be right to call it a traditional pandit (hindu) recipe. Thanks for your comment though.😊
