Being rich/wealthy doesn't mean you're better than everybody else because life is not a competition. Rather be compassionate of others than to be overly competitive & egotistical because that attitude won't get you anywhere in life. A better life can be what you make of it today.💯

Honestly, I absolutely despise it when parents force something on to you, blame you if it isn’t going well, and especially when you tell them that you don’t even want to do it and they tell you “ I’m doing what’s best for you, you’ll thank me when you’re older.”
Edit: Some of you guys are missing the point. Obviously if someone is doing bad at something like math or English then you should help them. BUT what I’m talking about is if someone is already good at those thing and you still force them to do extra work or make someone do something as unnecessary as playing the violin, ( if it’s not what they’re into )
Also STOP TRYING TO COME UP WITH COMEBACKS THAT HAVE NOTHING TO WITH WHAT IT IS TALKING ABOUT LIKE “I obviously wanna chill and watch Netflix but I can’t because we all have stuff we don’t want to do but have to anyway” To the person who said this watch the video and tell me do you have to play tennis or the violin to succeed in life no, no you don’t and stop trying to comment stuff about things that aren’t relevant to my comment.

As well as the message of never torturing yourself just to please others, the other message is to be grateful for what you have and never compare your life to another. Being rich isn't important; you should be grateful you have family, a roof over your head etc, and you should never pressure those you love just to please others as comparing to others is never healthy; the most important is supporting your peers or children to follow what they want in life! I love this video and I love Katherine Norland! This was a great video and it sort of reminds me of the love and support I always get from my family no matter what!

    To future graduating seniors,
There’s nothing wrong with going to community college. If you’re not sure what field you want to go into, you can take classes there to help you out, and it’s a great way to save money so you don’t end up with a bunch of debt. Also, night classes, online classes and financial aid are your best friends as well!
    Sincerely,
    A junior college student😄

This video is relatable to my life like my mom forced me to take Taekwondo, Dance, and Piano classes. (Well, I agreed to take piano classes but she keeps blabbering about how much money she'll waste if I don't focus, and there's so much pressure on me like I'm tired!!!) She keeps comparing me to a girl my age, that's so-called better than me, I mean she's smart, she's pretty, she can cook, she's everything my mom wants in her daughter, I sometimes even think she's about to replace me.
