hi i have a problem with my supervisor im a mechanic i work with sidels beckum fisher and nissi machines are big machines we may plastic bottles my supervisor want mi and other mechanic we have to care for 10 machines and we have to do a set up in other machine i think this is a lot work for mi and my other friend my question is how many machines have to be for one mechanic can osha help me with this ? i went to talk with the plant manager and she protect the supervisor its that ok?
oh wow thats kind of harsh does your job have a union or an hr department my opinion is thats where you start your complaint. its awful that the plant manager wont listen to you
@jreily88 osha was up our asses for a single issue,that was sorted out.but being that the office for osha was across the street,they thought they could come over whenever they wanted we complied beyond the osha minimum but they took it to the point of harassment,being safe is 1 thing but big brother better step back,all its doing is putting workers at risk to make up for all the bullsh#$ hoops that have to be jumped through.big government has got to change!someones gonna snap and it might be me?
