I love your channel! Your information was very informative. I’m a rock collector too! Very inspiring to see that you guys go to the actual mines. I prefer buying from those who don’t go for commercial mines. You guys are awesome 😎
Hiya Dave, Sweet Jim, and Rino, awesome live and video. I miss the beginning of the live, but I did see Rino go through his bag of paydirt. I hope you and everyone has a awesome blessed day. Cya! 😺🐟 out!

The technical name for pink tourmaline is rubellite....as I recall, each color has a different name based on its mineral content and appearance. So just like 'beryl' has emerald, heliodor, morganite, and aquamarine, tourmaline does as well. I found that going to rock and gem/bead shows and handling a lot of what I wanted to find, was one of the best ways to learn the various stones.
@@lapidarydave to be fair sand is made up of alot of things but mostly zircons, an interesting fact about them is they are polar, magnetically. And they remember their alignment, this means that you can always tell where a zircon came from by matching with other zircons with same alignment, for example Baja Mexico used to be canada, this is called the Baja/BC theory which surprisingly happened about the same time that the big meteor hit the earth and killed the dinosaurs
I liked your old videos but I am not going to sit through 1.5 hours of unedited chit chat, panning, etc. If you want to be an Elite Media Editor and qualify to be a member, you must be an editor. This live stuff is a cop out lazy way to post content. Just watch your audience drop off. Bye
Interested in the black opal brother so I’ll message you possibly tomorrow or message me when you are free to do so.. Y’all are having too much fun guys!!
@@lapidarydave, so it seems like this supplier and yourself have a pretty good relationship..👌 with that said is there a possibility that when I can make more than a dent in my stash the option may still be available for me to possibly restock this killer fire agate that in my opinion is definitely in the top three locations available? Glad to see you’re getting to laugh and enjoy life though… keep it up! Thanks
