i personally find that foundation powders on top of liquid/cream foundations end up looking too thick and cake-y so i don't do it!! :(( but if it works for you, go do it bb!
depende po sa kind of brightening and glowing na gusto niyo po! most of those should come from skincare. and for foundation po, i mostly have matte foundations. :c
