I LOVE THIS. also, could I recommend a workout to do? Anything by Sydney Cummings! I just noticed you had equipment and weights, and she uses weights in her monthly programs. But she does have individual, no equipment hiit, cardio, body weight strength, etc. I’m in love with her workouts, they’re so motivating. They’re timed, so no specific number of reps, and that way you can push yourself as much as possible during the intervals. Try her out, you won’t be disappointed!!

🌸Tips if y’all have online school but you want to be productive at the same time so here’s the tips!🌸
1:If you are stressed doing homework always wake up at 8:00AM in the morning or 7:00AM in the morning:)
2.always pick a day to shower trust me !
3. Anyways do a routine for a day in you’re notes not on paper!
4.make you’re bed when you want up! Trust me this is much more better !
5.Always make you’re routine like this Wake up,do homework,And eat,Chill until 1:00PM do math. That’s my routine but you don’t have to do it!
6.Always workout 3 times in the day one workout at 12:00AM another one at the afternoon and do a last one at 5:40PM then at 6:00PM do skin care :D
