Pumpkin with walnuts and cinnamon

1.500кг. peeled pumpkin
7 tbsp. sugar + 2 more tablespoons sugar on each crust
1 tsp cinnamon
120 g of raw walnuts
400 g pie crusts
50 ml of oil
Powdered sugar to order
For the syrup:
200 g of sugar
200 ml. water
Description:
1,500 kg. Grate a peeled pumpkin on a coarse grater. To it add 7 tbsp. sugar, 1 tsp. cinnamon and after stirring well, leave for 5 minutes. Then squeeze the pumpkin from the excess liquid. We also crush 120 g of walnuts. Take 2 sheets of pie crust and grease the top sheet with oil. Sprinkle the pumpkin filling evenly over the crusts, then sprinkle with a little walnuts and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Roll the crusts into a roll and arrange in greased ones. Once the pumpkin is arranged in the pan, grease the top with oil and bake at 180 degrees in a preheated oven for 50 minutes or until it acquires a pleasant golden tan. While the pumpkin is baking, we will prepare the syrup so that it has time to cool down. To 200 g of sugar add 200 ml. water and after boiling let it boil for 5 minutes on low heat. Pour the roasted hot pumpkin with the cooled syrup and leave for 1-2 hours to absorb the syrup. Then sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve. Enjoy! - Розваги

Ммммммм изглежда невероятно вкусно.Но захар в тиквата захар в корите плюс сиропче.Не става ли прекалено сладко?
