Even Atuk never was filmed the actors who were going to play the main role as John Belushi, Sam Kinison, John Candy, Michael O'Donoghue, Chris Farley, and Phil Hartman all died before even started from heart attack, overdose, traffic accident. The death of Natalie Wood is strange because she was afraid to open sea, and makes no sense she tried to been in a canoe by herself.

Hattie McDaniel received criticism because of her movie roles as maids, which were often the only roles she could find in Hollywood as a black actress during that time. She would respond, "I'd rather play a maid than be one!!"
You forgot to mention that there was a real life serial killer on the set of The Exorcist. The radiologic technologist in the movie was a serial killer
About Natalie Wood's death, the whole story is pretty much known: Wagner was a drunk. He was insanely jealous of Natalie's role with Christopher in Brain Storm. That night on the boat, he got hammered, got in a rage and a huge screaming fight with Natalie. He ended up throwing her overboard into the dinghy. There was a storm that night, it was raining, and Natalie was super afraid of the water. Somehow she capsized and drowned from the cold and exhaustion (and probably a good concusion from that fall in the dinghy). All this has been corroborated by the boat captain hired for the outing. But the authorities have not brougth the culprit to justice. I guess as long as it's not officiel it doesn't exist? Still, she was murdered. What I never could understand is how Christopher stayed silent all those years. I mean, I understand no wanting Wagner as an enemy, and he safeguarding his good reputation in Hollywood, but SHE DIED! That must trump any other concerns, right? Robert Wagner is still alive. I hope he gets what he deserves, and the truth finally made public and official, before he finally croaks. Christopher, it's not too late to do the right thing.
Christopher Walken has always said that it was an accident. I tend to believe that because he has nothing to gain by lying. The captain of the boat spent the years afterward selling his "story" to the highest bidder, so I don't believe a word he says. I suspect Wagner was involved but it was probably an accident because they were ALL drunk at the time. In any case, Thomas Noguchi, the LA coroner, was LOUSY at his job, so the odds of anything clearing the case at this late date other than a deathbed confession are probably nil.
But it is too late. You can't tell these people what to do. Wagner got away with murder scot free, and Christopher will continue to be silent about it. There is not justice being served here, just like there is no loving God.

some? what dumbass only watches "some" of "The Wizard of Oz" there's a reason why people still hail this 84 year old movie as one of the greatest movies ever made...... go watch the whole thing already.
Hattie McDaniel: The cast of GWtW wasn't going to go to the premier - LET ALONE the Oscars because of Hattie's treatment but she furiously yelled at them to go! The only reason she was even given a table at the Oscars was because of the cast's boycott! Thank God they did! John Wayne set: Not just the cast and Crew got sick, BUT they trucked hundreds of pounds of that sand TO HOLLYWOOD to the studio! Where it was used for scenes there in California! Meaning for a While - that Studio was contaminated! The living members of that movie and even Wayne in his biography talk about this - Wayne went to his grave blaming himself for this. All because he wanted to do something different then a western. Poltergiest: The bodies in the pool scene were real! From a cadaver academy. Rust/The Crow: These are accidents and because of what happened on the set of the Crow, there were Rules and Laws for the armory on the set to follow! - YES, Baldwin pulled the trigger - but as a person who has worked on sets with firearms - there is supposed to be two people looking at the weapons we are handed. Someone F'd up and a woman died. Baldwin, YES pulled the trigger - but he is supposed to be able to trust that the person handing the cast those props - checked them. This was beyond tragic and could have been prevented.
NOBODY should EVER handle a weapon and "trust" that someone else has checked it out. People handling weapons, even in movies, need to know the cardinal rule of handling a gun - NEVER point one at something you aren't willing to destroy.
I think Robert Downy Jr is the only actor who has been accepted as wearing blackface-when I watched tropic thunder I didn't even know the actor was doing it until much later
Alec Baldwin should’ve never been charged. The person who prepped the weapons was more subject, but because he was an A liar actor they put all the responsibility on him. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was set up based off his portrayal of one former president on SNL.
This egregious negligence is the reason why many Hollywood actors are striking to this day. Hollywood is one of the shittiest places for actors and writers to work, not to mention dangerous, in terms of hostile work environments, abusive higher-ups, loopholes in labor laws if not blatant violations of said laws, and the abusers are continuing to get away with this scot free simply because they are rich. Because in America, the more rich you are, the more powerful you are, and the more you will be invincible. This is NOT okay. Hollywood has always been this way from day one. Hollywood is a lost cause. It needs to die.
The insane and unspeakable amounts of child abuse, mainly SA, should've been on this list, especially when you considering how a lot of them turned to drugs and other means just to cope.
@@pattierotondo1108 my dad was a HUGE fan of John Wayne when he was alive. i mean huge. when he saw Genghis Kahn he thought it was the worst film in Duke's career
why would they? just because our viewpoint of racism has changed in the past 83 years since that happened? that's just dumb..... and completely pointless, as everyone will forget about it the following week again already anyway.
I’m honestly surprised that heather o roukes death wasn’t include. She was in my favorite movie and i feel like she would have a great career if she was still alive
As far as RUST is concerned....the Armorer is the one at fault. They are 100% suppose to check and control all weapons on set, they also called out (quite loud and clear) "Cold Gun" before handing it to Baldwin.
Yep. People are acting like a wrongful death investigation hasn't happened before, but my exhibit is The Crow, which had the exact same investigation as Rust. That investigation came to the same conclusion, so I don't exactly get how "premeditated murder" is even close to the radar with Rust.
Conquerors actor Pedro Armendáriz got also cancer and after filming his part of From Russia with Love, he shot himself to prevent his sickness to hit on his family
Marilyn Monroe was murdered by JFKs people because of his affair with him. When I heard that James Dean was dead I cried for days. I was born after his death but I'd seen his movies when I was s kid and had the worst crush.
So many dark stories and accidents. Awful. Marylin's death,Heath,Crow. I think Alec is innocent. Lives are ruined. I like the story about Hattie :) So nice of Clark Gable too
You forgot to mention the serial killer that was in the movie The Exorcist. He was 8n the hospital scenes, and played the x-ray tech. That was his actual job, and that's how he got the part. He killed several gay men, and this was happening while making the movie.
11:28 i knew marlon brando was a piece of shit actor (at least in his later years) but wow, he was pretty much human scum, no wonder joker once called himself a Marlon Brando of crazy
There is a story where Tippi Hedren said that her caracter Marnie should be blind, suggesting that only a blind woman could fall in love with someone who looks like Sean Connery. f the story is true, it shows that she wasn't very nice person. Of course that does not mean that she deserved to be mistreated.
What about Chris Farley!? That was huge. Also. Idk why. I just don’t believe Baldwin had anything to do with the bullet being in the gun. But on the other hand, he was the one who shot it without knowing. Such a weird and tragic situation to be in.
With the Wayne movie, one thing that is often over looked is the smoking and health habits of cast and crew. This was a different time. All of them chained smoked and did not have the healthiest eating habits
For me the darkest moment in film history is the death of composer James Horner in 2015 of an airplane crash. He couldn't finish writing the score for The Magnificent 7 (the new one) and his last films were Wolf Totem, Southpaw, The 33, and Living in the age of Airplanes. Countless Celebrities paid tribute to Horner on Twitter, those Celebrities being: Ron Howard, Russell Crowe, Céline Dion, Leona Lewis, Josh Groban and so on. Even Horner's personal assistant posted: "We lost an incredible person today with unbelievable talent. He died doing what he loved." RIP James Horner (1953 to 2015)

@@oddjob914The gun was real and supposed to be loaded with blanks. It is foolish for anyone to handle a gun and trust somebody else to load it. Baldwin should have ensured it was only loaded with blanks. I don't think he intended to kill her, but he is certainly responsible for her death.

some? what dumbass only watches "some" of "The Wizard of Oz"
there's a reason why people still hail this 84 year old movie as one of the greatest movies ever made...... go watch the whole thing already.
In regards to the Manson fam, I really enjoy Tarantino's "what if" scenario of them in Once Upon A Time In Hollywood
Should do top 20 darkest moments in music history.
You should do top 20 darkest moments in music history
Great idea!!
You forgot about Fatty Arbuckle
Good one
Wow, the ill-treatment on the actors…just devastating. Both men and women should never be treated like that. Tragic indeed 😢😢😢
I agree.
Should of mentioned the entire filming of the Wizard of Oz. If you know, you know
should have* please learn some English......
Asbestos was used to replicate snow.
Nobody should handle a weapon and trust that someone else has done their job.
The person firing the weapon should ALWAYS check it personally.
I never would have thought of John Wayne for the part of Genghis Khan. Very interesting casting.
It's actually a pretty terrible movie, which makes the fact that so many people were harmed just that much worse.
@@pattierotondo1108 my dad was a HUGE fan of John Wayne when he was alive. i mean huge. when he saw Genghis Kahn he thought it was the worst film in Duke's career
Did the Academy ever rectify what they did to Hattie McDaniel?
What do you think??
Nope
why would they? just because our viewpoint of racism has changed in the past 83 years since that happened? that's just dumb..... and completely pointless, as everyone will forget about it the following week again already anyway.
I’m honestly surprised that heather o roukes death wasn’t include. She was in my favorite movie and i feel like she would have a great career if she was still alive
Yeah. They mentioned Poltergeist, but glossed over her sudden death before Poltergeist III was completed.
Who ever allowed the real bullet on set is to blame for the death.
I agree! Why on earth would an actor expect a prop gun to have a real bullet? Why would it? Not Alec’s fault, just a horrible tragedy.

Seth (Jonah Hill): Evan...that's Charles Manson shit!
Hattie finally got the Oscar she rightly won. The academy decided that it was time she got her due
Marilyn Monroe was murdered by JFKs people because of his affair with him. When I heard that James Dean was dead I cried for days. I was born after his death but I'd seen his movies when I was s kid and had the worst crush.
"Monroe was killed by JFK's people"
yeah, you might want to loosen that tin foil hat a bit.....
So many dark stories and accidents. Awful. Marylin's death,Heath,Crow. I think Alec is innocent. Lives are ruined. I like the story about Hattie :) So nice of Clark Gable too
Didn't help that the Duke smoked like a chimney too...
James Dean: you're tearing me apart!
Me: ...Lisa!
oh hi Mark..............anyway.................how's your sex life?
You forgot to mention the serial killer that was in the movie The Exorcist. He was 8n the hospital scenes, and played the x-ray tech. That was his actual job, and that's how he got the part. He killed several gay men, and this was happening while making the movie.
Aurora CO? That was a tragedy.
11:28 i knew marlon brando was a piece of shit actor (at least in his later years) but wow, he was pretty much human scum, no wonder joker once called himself a Marlon Brando of crazy
There were many tragedies and scandals during the silent film era.
There is a story where Tippi Hedren said that her caracter Marnie should be blind, suggesting that only a blind woman could fall in love with someone who looks like Sean Connery. f the story is true, it shows that she wasn't very nice person. Of course that does not mean that she deserved to be mistreated.
or, considering what a scumbag connery has turned out to be, maybe she's just extremely perceptive.
The more I hear stuff bout Hitchcock, the more I learn how much of a pig he was 🤮
@@dietotaku les we forget the Barbara Wawa interview he did 😒
She runs a sanctuary saving big cats people have unwisely kept as pets. She's awesome.
What about Chris Farley!? That was huge. Also. Idk why. I just don’t believe Baldwin had anything to do with the bullet being in the gun. But on the other hand, he was the one who shot it without knowing. Such a weird and tragic situation to be in.
The " prop person" should have been held responsible. What was a love round doing on the set in the first place?

Forget it. He's on a roll. "
With the Wayne movie, one thing that is often over looked is the smoking and health habits of cast and crew. This was a different time. All of them chained smoked and did not have the healthiest eating habits
Wayne was also a horrid racist.
Right!! Hollywood made smoking glamorous. A lot of those stars died of cancer.
Vic Morrow was forgotten....
He died doing what he loved." RIP James Horner (1953 to 2015)
I think John Does head in the box scene is Se7en should’ve been on here

Brandon Lee was a great actor!
Brandon and the Alec Baldwin thing are scarily similar
Susan Hayward ALSO died from aggressive brain cancer after filming The Conqueror.
Why are real guns used to make movies? With all the special effects technology they have these days, are you telling me that they can't make a fake gun to use in the movies?
They use blank guns.
Top Ten Most Unique Movies
Example: Blair Witch Project
That list could be filled with David Cronenberg’s entire filmography and no one would mind
Also Pans Labyrinth, Eraserhead, Grand Budapest Hotel, Suspiria, Big Fish, Wizard of Oz and House (1977) imo
Can you make a video about darkest moment in music history?
OJ simpson case ! .dont forger that OJ was an actor
Surprised there is no mention of Roman Polanski
Horror movies aren't cursed. Directors are selfish, ambivalent narcissists is more like it.

'Of women' not woman. Women is plural (more than one). Woman is singular (one woman). What's with this narrator? He never says it right and yet he still has a job narrating. WTF?
Robert Wagner did it
