May I ask you if the sicilian word 'mafia' (a secret society) could mean 'ma fi ha', since the time Sicily was arab? Thank you.
No idea but I looked it up:
"هناك العديد من النظريات حول أصل مصطلح «المافيا» (أحيانا تهجى "Maffia" في الأدبيات المبكرة). وصفة الصقلية «mafiusu» (بالإيطالية: mafioso) قد تنبع من العامية العربية مهياص (mahyas)، تعني «التفاخر العدواني والتبجح»، أو (marfud) وتعني مرفوض"
It could have come from مهياص (an aggressive show off person) or مرفوض (rejected; banned)

How to form present perfect tense in local arabic and MSA...??
Excellent question. My reply is lengthy: There is no Present Perfect in Arabic. We have the past , present (also subjunctive and jussive present), and imperative (some scholars also debate that it falls under present, as it’s derived from it). I’ll just give you some example of how English sentences with the present perfect will be said in Arabic:
They've been married for nearly fifty years.
هما مُتَزوّجان منذ خمسين سنة.
I used the active participle here from verb to marry تزوّج
She has lived in Liverpool for years.
هي تسكن ليفربول منذ سنين.
I used the present.
I've seen that film before.
شاهدت هذا الفيلم مِن قبل.
I used the past tense.
I've played the guitar ever since I was a teenager.
أنا أعزف على الجيتار منذ كنت مُراهقاً.
I used the present.
He has written three books and he is working on another one.
كتَبَ ثلاثة كُتُب وهو الآن يعمل على كتاب آخر.
I used the past كتب

Hi Paolo. Short answer. No. Sawfa or sa- prefix are used before the present tense verse to change it to future, just like English: will + present:
I will travel:
سَوْفَ أُسافِرُ / سَأُسافِر
To say "I won't travel" use Lan:
لن أُسافِرَ.
