This is a deck that has been in my hands a couple of timmes but didn't end up it getting it but it really calls me. Whne I purchased the Mary El Tarot, the printing and edging was so bad, I ended up ordering 3 copies and picked out the best card from each to create my deck then sent the other 2 back. It actually built a different type of bond with deck, since I picked out every card. It's unfortunate that the decks are cut differently.
It's such a good deck!!! Expect issues, but it's so worth it in my opinion. I had the same issue with the Mary El but luckily I only had to get 2 decks. I agree it becomes a bonding experience. : )

Wow that gilding is far more superior I would be much happier with the new version.
There are a lot of improvements in the fixed deck. The gilding is much better. : )
I LOVE the artwork on this deck but the symbols instead of titles didnt work for me and the guidebook was a little too sparse for a botanicals beginner like myself. I sadly rehomed it but ordered the "a little rain" oracle to replace it since it has a similar aesthetic and comes with a more in depth guidebook. So sad though because the art on the Botanica is truly stunning!
It is definitely a more advanced read. I'll have to look up a little rain oracle. I don't think I've seen that one. : )

I love the beads around your candle, are those mala or part of the filming altar decoration? I ask because I think I may need them lol
I grabbed them for filming, but I also love to decorate around the house with them. I found them at a store in my journeys but they are pretty common and should be easy to find. I think they are called wooden bead garland.

What a very beautiful deck. I have added it to my wish list. That is too bad about the quality issues but great they sent you a second deck. Picking out the best ones from each deck is the way to go. Thank you for sharing!
I ended up not being able to do that. They were slightly different sizes and slightly different cardstock. Just enought to wreck my plan. Lol

@ZoeysTarotReviews I think it was part of the fixing it. They probably had to use a higher quality cardstock to get a better print.
