Hey Guys! I have enjoyed watching your vids! Its always cool to see another brewery popping up! I am a fellow brewer myself.. on a home brew scale right now, but I am helping some guys renovate a building to open a brewery here in my home town of Saginaw, Michigan! We are planning to open up this August with a 3.5bbl system.. that is what you guys have? right? Cheers to great brews and great beards!! Nate
Hey Nate, Nice to meet you. Yes our system is a 3bbl from Portland Kettle Works. We will start double batching into 7bbl tanks next week. Great to hear on the progress of your guys brewery.
