I read somewhere (probably reddit-ha) that laying in your bed in the am for any length of time, awake, can affect your sleep score. I feel like a lot of people do that. I don't have a ring though. Also, I have had that neck thing for a year or two and love it.
My friend who had a baby a few months ago had been up every 2 hours every night. For the past 4 months. Had a surgery the other day. And when she woke up after. The first thing she said was "that was the best sleep I've had in like 6 months" lmao. And the surgery was only an hour. She was out for less than 2 hours 😂
I have to say watching your friendship with Emma made me think maybe that is why so many ppl assume you and Erin don’t like each other as much anymore 😅 your friendship w Emma is so organic and wholesome. You can see and feel how much you guys care for each other. Emma protects you, Erin isn’t afraid to make you feel less than online 🙃
