This was so surreal for me! Join me in this vlog as I workout with Jon Venus & Nimai Delgado at one of London's finest Gyms. We start out with some calisthenics and move into some weights!

I subscribed before you even had 100k subs, because your videos were suggested by UA-cam literally EVERY day, and Boy were they right!!! I did not comment before because I went back to your very first video and watched them all one by one and finally caught up. I am so happy for this channel growth, you so deserve it. All I wanted to say is THANK YOU for all the great tips and motivation. I am not a Vegan yet, but I am increasing the amount of daily fruits, nuts and veggies to 51%-75% range and climbing and I never felt better. I love Jon Venus. I'm Brazilian like him. But your clean high fruit nutrition is showing. I love lifting weights but your muscles are way more defined than the other 2 dudes. They just look swollen. Your muscles are on high definition!! I think I'll be doing more calisthenics! 😃 I'm already high fruit and lots of greens. 💕💕💕 so happy for you that you're being treated as royalty. you deserve! 👍
I will bet 100% Jon and the other taller guy is on ROIDS... Not hating but l know by experience. It's VERY easy to build muscle and have amazing definition... SIMNETT is natural all respect looks great

I switched to eating a whole food plant based diet about a month ago. I've lost 15 pounds since. (45 pounds total). The three of you are a huge inspiration and always make me want to push myself farther. Today I ran 10km, which I've never done in my life.

Thanks Quintin. And to WinnerorNot8, I can't speak for myself (I will let my followers do that) but these are some of the nicest and most supportive guys and girls I have ever met. They don't look down on people and are fully supportive about where people are at. I didn't hear them say 1 bad word about anyone for the whole week I spent with them and were more than happy to give their time and advice to people who recognized them. We are just doing our best and highlighting what we do. You are saying we are horrible, arrogant and look down on others, while you are the one on here making assumptions. I feel like your comment might reflect you more than it does us.
No one here assumed you were fat or unhealthy. If your comments didn't stem from envy, then they're definitely coming from an insecure and irrationally angry place. The whole vegan gym/fitness movement is about inclusivity and improvement. We as the fans want others to be vegan. They the content creators want people to be vegan. Everyone wants veganism to grow. Where in those very fundamental parts of vegan fitness culture does "lookism" and "superficial gym culture" come into play?
WinnerorNot8 they couldn't care less if someone works out. They are trying to show that it's possible to build muscle as a vegan, because that is what they really care about.
You guys are trully redefining masculinity. So many people think veganism is 'gay' and so many people assume muscular guys must be hunks. But this whole video was filled with genuine goodhearted energy

It's not about plant based or a meat diet. It's about how much you train, genetics, age, and in this case already quite buff guys who have vlogs based on exercising your muscles constantly. I bet most in that gym don't do that much. They don't make their living to look like you guys. Unfair comparison, and yes, cocky. Not saying that to Derek, as he is cool. But there are meat eaters as buff. That being said - cool video. Love Derek's personality and dedication.
