The NREMT cognitive exam is the final certification exam for EMR, EMT, AEMT and Paramedic students. This NREMT exam certifies the EMS provider and allows them to apply for their state licensure. Over the last four years, I have helped thousands of EMS students all across the country successfully pass their NREMT exam. Some students have even come to me on their final attempt and I have helped them get their desired passing result.
There is a three step system that I use to get students to pass. First, we study the content that NREMT wants us to: Airway, respiration, ventilation, cardiology and resuscitation, trauma, medical and OBGYN and finally EMS operations. This is how my students pass NREMT, if you failed NREMT previous you will want to watch this presentation.
Once the student has done that we then move into knowledge check questions to ensure that they have actually comprehended the videos that they have watched.
Next, after showing proficiency in knowledge check questions, we then move to the NREMT practice questions and prepare the student to pass on NREMT exam day!

I'm about to give you a million views I'm about to go into my AIT as a combat medic and I feel I'm not smart enough to pass the NREMT class so thank you for doing this!
I passed my intermediate EMT exam right before my birthday in December; it was my third attempt. This was my first week working as an Advanced EMT. My next step is to get my Fire certifications because the increase in pay is helping out. Thank you Evan for the time you take to instruct all students.

Hey Coach, I just got the Video Vault package, with the bundle, master class, and inner circle. I have absolutely ZERO knowledge/experience in the medical world but am determined to become an Army Flight Paramedic. I’ve served as a military funeral honors Soldier, combat Soldier, and then Recruiter for 16 years. Just came across a golden opportunity and I refuse to pass this up. My flight physical is tomorrow, and then I go to an accelerated combat medic course, followed by critical care and then paramedic. I literally signed a counseling statement agreeing that if I don’t pass “first time go” for each course within 24 months, I must be reassigned in another unit/field. I agree that EMS schools are behind the times. Not just the method of studying, but the fact the individual states don’t even have study materials for their tests. Only for the NREMT and even then it’s only people like you creating the helpful learning content. I think I’m going to go ahead and buy your study material today when because of what people are saying about it.
Hey Evan I paid for the video vault and I just took my test today I finished in about 30 minutes with 70 questions I couldn't have done it without you I have severe ADHD and I had a very hard time reading the book and internalizing everything but your videos made it so much easier to understand it all thanks so much

Thanks for all your help in your videos. I have to write a COPR (Canadian Organization of Paramedic Responders) just curious if the videos in the vault are relevant in Canada or if this is based strictly for the states. I'm assuming it would be the same but if you could let me know that would be great. Thank you again.

You should create your own school of ems online….
im in the 12th edition of caring for the sick and injured book. Through North American Rescue you're in the book but the Jones and Bartlet interactive lectures are decent. The program paired with the paramedic coach videos seems good so far. There are also readings of the textbook chapters on youtube which is clutch. Having the ebook read itself in a robot voice sucks.
Are there any demo areas or videos that would exemplify how the course runs/works? About to do a start up after a long break post EMR and not sure just how big of a bite I'm taking, lol. Edit: maybe some of your older YT videos?

Hey I’m have an emt state exam the 21 of these month, you think that if I take your course I could pass the exam cuz I don’t know if studying until the 21 is going to be enough to pass it, I’ve been doing really bad on my last class test I looking for a better way to study so I can pass this state exam, sorry for my English 😅 still learning!
I have been out of the EMS system for about 20 years and want to get back into and volunteer with my local Ambulance co. I used to be an EMT with the NYC EMS system. Will this help me with taking a refresher class ?

Just passed my class earlier this week with a 92% on the exam, and 100% on the psychomotor, yet I’m still very worried about the nremt
Hey Evan! I'm currently going through the respiratory section in the video vault, and I have a question... is it a rule of thumb that you cannot ventilate somebody if they are conscious? Even if they are getting "sleepy" or altered mental status? or can we ventilate AMS?
I am pretty sure if someone is conscious you are able to ventilate them, however, you are unable to put in any airway devices due to an in-tact gag reflex. To help me remember I think of ‘under 8 ventilate’ other things like very fast and shallow restorations can also indicate ventilations are necessary. Hope this helps!

Probably an odd question. But if I was to pass my NREMT for EMT Basic certification, could I also operate as a EMR?
