Great demo, exactly what I was looking for, not just a jazz guitar you show its true potential, bravo!
Exquisite guitar. Great build quality and tone. Attention to detail is unsurpassed. Bravo, Godin!
Wow, fantastic playing Sir.
I own the 5th Ave Kingpin ii, LOVE IT!
Godin make criminally underrated guitars that very easily and often times surpass the quality of many of the BIG NAME companies whose guitars cost considerably more.
Now me and my wallet are arguing over which Godin to get next. 🤣
Cheers for the post Sir.
👍
Sound amazing! Love my 5th Avenue Kingpin.
I love the high gloss. I wish Godin made more gloss finished guitars. A beautiful instrument!
I want one. This colour is a must have in addition to my 5th Ave Acoustic which I can't put down. Superb playing in this demo brings out what is possible with this guitar. Thanks
Wow, that clean middle position is just dreamy.
It sure is!
such a great demo!
2014 Composer !!....my go to guitar, love it.
Sweeeeeetttttt sound!!!
Would love to see clean tone demo of p90 models
This is super bright sounding for an archtop.
Does this guitar sounds somewhat similar like the newer Uptown Custom with T Armond?
Who is the player? He's amazing.
Nice sound! Which amplifier did you use for the demo?
Hi Philippe - I used a mid-70s Fender Princeton. Thanks
And no stomp boxes etc? Just the fender amp?
Hi Michael - I used a Hermida Audio Zen Drive for the gain and an Xotic SP Compressor as well.
Sold😎
Wow..........
Godin has seriously far too few of videos of their guitars. 5th Ave Uptown Havana Burst ?
Hi, is this the Godin equivalent of a Gibson ES 335?
more like a 175.
I just got a used one i love it
More like a Gretsch.
Hey Godin, I own an older red Uptown. Have you changed the frets on this model from the first ones? Mine seem really thin, but these look like medium jumbo.
Weight?
I believe they are around 6lbs
