I am a new student of homeopathy and I cannot tell you what an incredible resource your videos are thank you SO much! Especially your recommendations for books as well. Would love another few videos on dosages because that in itself is a gigantic and confusing can of worms.
It is a can of worms, and that's because there are so many different opinions on how to best prescribe. I say, keep it simple. Start low and work your way up very slowly only if necessary.

I have tried sepia for PMS/period I really recommend. Much better than taking Tylenol that doesn’t even make your PMS better …. I wish I had know homeopathy when I was teenager!

Simply superb....
1) Why Sepia and Nat-m have so many overlapping symptoms; It may be the fact that these creatures live in sea water that contains lot of nat-m in raw form.....
2) Sepia and Pulsatilla may also be compared....

@AllThingsHomeopathy but what does it mean? Is it explaining menopause or just a hormone imbalance? I feel like covid really messed up my hormones then when my momma passed away I feel like that pulled the trigger. She died Dec 2021 and I was due for a cycle when she passed away but my cycle never came. 2 years later it has yet to come. I am in a constant state of fight or flight now I guess due to the trauma of her death? I was 32 when they stopped. Never had an issue with cycles bf then. 🥺😔

It's possible, but more likely just stop new ones. In this case, the age spots serve more as a clue to indicate the remedy than a symptom to be cured.

No person fits all the symptoms of a remedy. And there are always exceptions to the rule. And it is advisable not to treat oneself. Seek help from an experienced homeopath if needed. Best!
A couple of things. PTH - parathyroid hormone is disregulated, would this be inclusive? Also, granuloma annulare, round spots on both hands, color changes from brownish, to red to purple - would this be appropriate if virtually everything you spoke of re Sepia fits (aside from the chocolate)? Also, what is the defining difference between Phosphuric Acid and Sepia? I'd say am 99.9% Sepia but then when you mentioned Phos, need more convincing. Thank you so much. You are an amazing teacher.
The materia medica will always be incomplete. There are always going to be symptoms not listed in the materia medica that will, nevertheless, still respond to a particular remedy. The Sepia indifference, fatigue, and depression is hormonally linked. The Ph-ac indifference, fatigue, and depression is usually the result of a demanding emotional ordeal, like grief, or a difficult bout with illness.

Even though it’s a remedy for too much melanin, it can also be a remedy for lack of pigment, as in vitiligo.
What succession do you find most beneficial with nat mur and nux?

Is there a remedy that has the apathetic, unemotional quality of Sepia -- but more of a remedy for a MAN? Or can Sepia also be a man's remedy?
There are lots of remedies that could fit indifference, and Sepia can occasionally fit men. The whole case must be taken into account in order to choose the correct remedy.
