Do you remember Fleetwood Mac's Bob Welch? Let's look at his life and legacy: ua-cam.com/video/kbZBU6P-tLE/v-deo.html
🎉🎉
French Kiss album was hot! ❤
Yeah yeah u right i' forgot he was one of the originals lead guitarist of Fleetwood Mac but he's gone too that's why u' said i' think it's all over for Fleetwood Mac even if they hire new blood musicians like Judas Priest did Mac is too old.....
Sorry did not see yor BW tribute/ an amzinmg , "out of the box" musician, GUITARIST with his own style, vocals , GREAT SONGWRITER, SO GOOD, that he was wooed away From FM as their personnel issues became overwhelming. BUT I DARE ALL TO WATCH THE TAPES from when BW was there, and WHO GOT IT DONE?? Whjop was TYHE Maestro? Ie the "conducter"? Then at Hall of Shame time, BW was Cut out!! THAT WAS BORDERLINE EVIL! Bob's sight was REALLY bad so it was impossible for him to look cool with 3X lenses,,, The magic of his guitar work..
GOD Blessed 🙌 🎉🎉
Christine Anne Perfect McVie was not an alcoholic ! That's the reason she left John McVie ! He was the alcoholic ! And so was the beach boy she dated ! I just wanted to clear that comment that she was the alcoholic ( absolutely no ! She passed away from Ischemic stroke & Cancer was second cause ! She was the most beautiful person ever ! Inside & outside also ! Her Bandmates & friends said that she was most awesome anybody could ever know ! She was the best Bandmates & friend anybody could ever have & or know ! God bless everyone that loved her ! Soon after the divorce her & John became good friends ! I like John McVie he's so calm ! I been watching Fleetwood Mac since the 70S & now in my 70S ! Peace out ✌️🙏🙏❤️💛💙💚🍀🌼🏵️💐🌸🌺🇺🇸🇩🇪💕💕🙏🙏❤️💛💙💚
Yep
Look Up Much Music Canada Kim Clarke Chapniss 1987. You'll see an extensive interview Christine did with Canada's version of MTV where she talks about her battle with alcoholism.
@@bo-rale584 I was in the same AA group as Christine McVie and Keith Olsen for a while in the 1980s. She was a very inspirational woman after she got sober!

One of the most beautiful voices in rock/pop ever! A true artist at the core, you will never be forgotten.
We absolutely agree! Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts. What is your favorite song of FM?
Agreed, she was a beautiful person and that voice was just glorious.
Wonderful voice & simple lifestyle.
We'll always remember
till the end.😢
Whoever compiled the video montage doesnt know the difference between Christine McVie and Stevie Nicks. Thats disrespectful to McVie.
My thoughts exactly.
Thank you, I was literally irritated, wondering why are they showing Stevie Nicks so much. I agree that it is disrespectful.
I noticed that also.
@@standdown4929 they shouldn’t relase her cause of death! Being of 1/2 UK descent I understand privacy is important for a normal. Let alone Christine! You guys are all right. The solo work was a not correct . Ex her work w Lindsey. As far as I’m. aware.
She seemed very sweet humble and forever the Songbird “ in my heart …RIP CHRISTINE beautiful person beautiful soul.😊❤❤❤very missed ,I’m my mind FM should not go on with out this tragic loss!
No one cares
She is definitely one of the most iconic women in the history of rock and roll music. Very talented and beautiful. Lovely.
Well said, we strongly concur! Thank you for watching our content and for sharing your thoughts. May Christine find peace 🙏
I’m really glad to know that Christine got together with Bonnie Raitt while she was on sabbatical if that’s when they collaborated. Both musical legends in my book. Idols to love their songbird ways.
A truly talented soul has left us. Fly high Songbird. ❤
We absolutely agree! Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts. Be safe and have a great day!
As I said before, she definitely was a songbird. Her voice was so smooth, like silk. I really never understood the fuss about Stevie Nicks, but Christine McVie didn’t mind it - she was happy for her being inducted into the Rock Hall 2 x’s (once with the band, and then her solo work. I love Lindsey Buckingham also. When Christine and Lindsey collaborated, it was pure MAGIC!! I am so very sad. So long, Songbird - we love you!! ❤
Thank you so much for your beautiful message to Christine! We're moved. What is your favorite Fleetwood Mac song?
@@FactsVerse It’s very hard to pin one down. Songbird has always had such a special song to me. Warm Ways is probably my absolute favorite. What an incredibly talented woman - musician, singer and songwriter!
You don't get the fuss about Stevie maybe because you're a woman. There's something very sexy about her, and her voice.
@@jerseygirl517 hey, I'm a jerseygirl too lol I agree about Stevie but her fans go postal if you speak against her. Same with Bruce. I sing, and back in the 70s and 80s I can't count how many times I sang Songbird in churches at weddings! Beautiful, beautiful song, and even more so when sung to the sounds of a church organ. Goosebumps. RIP, Christine, beautiful Songbird...
I think she was a better vocalist then Stevie.
She had a beautiful voice and she was a fantastic songwriter. So talented. RIP Christine❤
Absolutely, we feel the same way! Thank you for sharing your sentiments and for watching our content. May Christine find peace 🙏
I always loved her voice so much. She is an icon! Rest in peace my lady songbird, singing with the angels!❤
I'll remember Christine as the glue that held Fleetwood Mac together. She also had the best voice in the band. Christine McVie made me a Fleetwood Mac fan for life. Her songs and sounds are legendary.
Just had to pause this video for a min. As much as I Love and Admire Stevie Nicks I don't get why as this is about Christine, the video spotlights ,all these shots of Stevie performance. With all the beautiful footage that exists of Christine's countless talents, I just wish more care had been taken in making a video about one of the world's greatest wrighter, singer, musician, that we have lost. I can only be forever grateful to have been born in the same Era, as these musicians and have their music the tapestry of my life.
Christine was an incredible woman. She will be missed. She's being missed now. RIP Christine.
Beautiful words, thank you for your message for Christine. May she find peace 😥
she had a beautiful voice.
She died from cancer and a stroke. So sad I loved her. ❣️🙏🏻
Her music had brought so much joy to millions of people. From Ms. Harper Stacey.
stroke is common in cancer patients...cancer takes over the angiogenisis process in the body,...cancer needs alot of oxygen rich blood!
edit ... for those of you that found this surprising ...idk what to tell you? especially when a cancer travels and infects other organs the brain gets disrupted easy with minimal changes in blood flows
Thanks. Now I didn’t have to suffer through a facts verse video where they take eight minutes to tell me what they could in one minute.
@@gz9520 no truer words.....lol
💔🥀😥
My deepest condolences, to her family, friends, and fans.
If you're confused when listening to Christine and Stevie, just remember Christine played piano and could sing.
There is a song titled Over My Head by Fleetwood Mac. They performed it on a show called The Midnight Special. It displays Christine’s talent in all of it’s glory. From the 1970’s in their prime. Awesome video. It can be found on UA-cam. Dig it.
Great song. It sounds great on 12 string.
it was the first song I'd ever heard by Fleetwood Mac - been a fan since.
Fun stuff, thank you so much for sharing this song! We'll listen to it 🎶
Wolfman Jack what a time.
I love most all of Christine's songs, but Over My Head and Songbird are my favorites. True classics. Fleetwood Mac can never be the same. R.I.P Ms. McVie. 💙
She was a goddest and a pure legend of rock n roll. I love you Christy always fly baby.
I loved her voice and her energy. She, with the help of her bandmates made the 70's an exciting decade. I was in my 20's and I used to come home from college and workout to their albums. I knew she was a heavy smoker at that time, and I wondered how her voice could be so clear and so sweet. I don't know if she ever quit smoking, I hope she did. She brought much happiness with her beautiful music. I saw the band live when I was pregnant with my first child. So my daughter was named Reanna. I love the name and the band and the sweet voiced musician who was so inspiring. RIP
We're very happy to know that you're a fan of Christine. Also, thank you so much for sharing your thoughts. What other types of video would you like to see?
Her legacy lives on forever with her incredible talent and music.💞
i will remember her with love and admiration. we all have flaws of course but her songs and stage presence had no flaws, her warm vocals and thoughtful disposition will always be a treasure to me.
She was a beautiful, humble, classy, respectful singer that honored the band with love and passion
79 is a long life, still can't believe I made it to 2023, if I live 18 more years, I won't see 79, God bless Christine, she is the soundtrack of many lives, now & forever.
Lot of footage of Stevie Nicks in this video about Christine McVie.
She was an amazing artist & will be missed.

Christine, sending you love. Thank you for sharing yourself with us even with stage fright. The most beautiful ethereal voice ever. Really Christine, what an incredible body of work you gave to the world.💙
She was a great singer and musician. Her unassuming demeanor was very special. She was a steady member within the groups other tumultuous members. Love them all-all together.
The most beautiful singer and woman I have ever seen in my life time . Love and miss you Christine Mc Vie. You will always be loved by me. Your biggest and ever ,I LOVE YOU WITH ALL ALL MY HEART, DANNY LIGGETT1973 . LOVE YOU
I never would have guessed her age, she looked 20 years younger...always beautiful and talented...I was shocked to learn about her passing...Fleetwood Mac has been around since I was born and it will never be the same...I always loved their album Rumors...RIP 🙏 🌹 😢
Yes, Christine looked up for her age and lifestyle. May she find peace. Which of Fleetwood Mac's songs appealed to you the most?

...how will I remember Christine McVie? Quite simply, Perfect...
I’ve been a fan for years, beginning in the 70’s. I think she was like the Mom to everyone, keeping them in check & provided not only music & vocals to the group but she was the ROCK! She will be missed. RIP❣️
We are fortunate to have had someone so talented and dedicated to their art as we have been with Christine McVie. May her spirit resonate harmoniously along with the Universal Orchestra of Music 🥲🙏
Thank you so much for your beautiful message to Christine. She will be missed. What is your favorite FM song?
"Over My Head" written and sung by Christine McVie is such a great song.

Beautiful words, thank you for your message for Christine. What other types of video would you like to see on our channel?
I don't think the band can ever be the same without Christine her voice was almost angelic unlike Stevie which to me was haunting and that was the voices that made Fleetwood Great. I will always be a fan of Fleetwood Mac and will listen to them untill I die.
e absolutely agree! Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts. Be safe and have a great day!
I agree as well. Stevie always got all the credit, but Christie's voice was so beautiful and undersold.
Beautifully talented, kind and very shy, amazing how she picked rock and roll with her personality type. Great gal and may she R.I.P.
8m remember her as a woman with beauty, class, and talent. Also had a distinctive and lovely singing voice.
So many songs to my childhood were sung by this woman. Christine will be greatly missed.

We're glad to know that you love Christine. Which FM song is the most memorable for you?
I grew up listening to all forms of Fleetwood Mac. She was such a talented woman. Her voice was such a beautiful comfort to me starting in 1970 and still is. I believe they are one of the 5 best bands every of the 20th Century and to this day. God Bless her and may she forever rest in peace.
RIP Christine, thanks for yours music❤❤❤
May Christine find peace. Which FM song appealed to you the most?
Who cares why she died!!! She was a beautiful human being and very talented artist she will always be remembered RIP Christine great music love Jerry
Always thought Christine was the best songwriter and singer in the band, worked really well with Buchingham, and they and Nick's together had a distinct and beautiful vocal sound and style.
Christine McVie was a lovely woman, with love for her profession. And she was a beautiful singer and songwriter. Just listening to the words of her songs alone gives me peace of mind and a feeling of love. And contrary to popular belief she was good friends with Stevie Nicks. Who actually flew to England to convince her to come back to play with Fleetwood Mac. And when I was younger, a teenager I enjoyed listening to everyone a Fleetwood Mac songs. Yeah then I knew very little about Christine McVie. But as I got older I researched as many bands as I could. Just to learn about their lifestyle prior and during their musical career. My problem was I never appreciated Christine McVie in the beginning, until after I found out of her hardships and struggles through life. Unfortunately we've lost her now oh, but she will be forever in our memories, homes and hearts.
It was a shock and was a huge blow to me.
My reaction surprised me. I cried more then I would've thought. But she was my favorite FM member and a really big part of my life since I was about seven, fifty years ago.
For me, Fleetwood Mac is done.
If the four remaining were to decide to do a farewell to Christine and the band, that would be great but that's it for me.
Rest in peace Christine and goodbye Fleetwood Mac.
The music will live on, I hope.
Thank you so much for your beautiful message to Christine. We miss her already and we also don't believe FM can recover from this. Which of their songs appealed to you the most?
I feel the exact same. I cried my eyes out I instantly burst into tears when my sister told me that she died and I read a text message from my brother she and Fleetwood Mac had been in my life since I was 12 and today is my 53rd birthday. It was like losing a family member who's raised you for most of your life. I'm absolutely heartbroken that she's not here. 😢💔
@Facts Verse You're welcome. I appreciate your kind comments as well.
It's so difficult to narrow the songs I loved by her because there are so many.
My four of my absolute favorites by Christine are You Make Loving Fun, Why, Over and Over, and Only Over You.
Two BIG oops. Most of the video clips show Stevie Nicks, not Christine. AND you missed her first solo album released in 1969 (?) just before joining the group. It was re released a couple years later as "The Legendary Christine Perfect Album"
A giant piece of the 70's music scene, with a sound so unique its instantly identified, has left us for greener pastures.
79 is a good long life, and given the stress issues from touring constantly for 30+ years, takes its toll on anyone.
R.I.P. , you WILL NOT be forgotten....😢
I'm so happy to go and watch their last tour. It was amazing!

How many of those jabs did she maybe take which would assist in her passing contrary to what most those asleep would think. What a voice she had. Our era is fading...

@@FactsVerse Would like to see an extended video of there song Tusk. That has always been great to hear. Dana Delaney had a great show that the Network cancelled. They tried to replace with new shows but none of them got the audience she did. It's hard to keep seeing good shows cancelled with mediocre ones replacing them. Nice tribute. One thing that always amazes me is that these tributes always come out AFTER the artist has passed away. Where was the praise through out her career in helping Fleetwood Mac stay together, singing, writing and keyboard work. Will miss her.

She was 79. That is a long life. Nothing tragic about it. We are all going to die from something. Be happy she lived a long life. ❤
Truly an excellent lyricist, a competent vocalist, and by all accounts a nice person.

Age 79 is most definitely NOT a long life. I know of a few couples that are well over 100 years of age. You must be delusional.😮
@@deborahtruthseeker112 it is to people who die earlier than that 😂. In any event, yes getting to 100 is awesome providing you are healthy and have your faculties. Statistically I still think ( could be wrong ) that late 70s ,early 80s are the life spans of most Americans
