    Creamy and delicious cream tteokbokki!
    You can whip this up using simple ingredients
    Don't eat it all, save some for the kids~
    =============
    Cream tteokbokki
    [Ingredients]
    about 1 1/2 cup (250g) tteok for tteokbokki
    1 carton (200ml) milk
    4 slices (72g) bacon
    about 1/4 (60g) onion
    1 tbsp (7g) cooking oil
    2 slices cheddar cheese
    some black pepper
    [Directions]
    1. Wash the tteok for tteokbokki. Remove the moisture and set aside.
    2. Chop the bacon into 1cm slices.
    3. Chop the onion in half and julienne into 0.3cm pieces.
    4. In a frying pan, drizzle cooking oil and stir-fry the bacon.
    5. When the bacon slices have separated, add the onion and stir-fry until they just start to turn golden brown.
    6. Add the milk and stir well to keep it from sticking to the bottom of the pan. Then, add the tteok for tteokbokki and reduce the heat to medium.
    7. When the tteok softens and the milk thickens, tear the cheddar cheese slices and add to the pan.
    8. Stir well so the cheese melts. When the sauce has thickened, add some black pepper and turn off the heat.
    9. Plate the cream tteokbokki and serve.
    Tip. Add parsley flakes to your liking.
