Wow. This was so helpful! I was stuck on test questions regarding easements. The school I went to was explaining them in too much detail or simply making this topic over confusing (probably to satisfy the hours requirement). This was so straightforward and after a 9 minute video, I feel much more clear on easements now than I did after spending 5 hours in a classroom. I am going to check out more of your videos before I take my test again. Thank you!!!
