As a foreigner, I didn't know much about China until recently I visited the country. It was one of the best trips I ever did. My advice to people who have never been to China, don't listen to the UA-cam's anti-China propagandists, go visit & see the country yourselves. As the saying goes... One eye is a better witness than two ears.
Mumbai and Seoul is much better
@@user-gc6tj7gb1b Yeah sure dude
@user-gc6tj7gb1b have never been to those two places. Hope one day I will. But China has been the most visited country in Asia for a good reason.
@@TWP97-o4b Don't listen to him. China is awesome and the fact that he says Mumbai is better (unless you like filth, poverty, lack of women's safety and gutka) just tells you his bias.
@@TWP97-o4bbe careful to visit any city in India that's very dangerous for foreigners, especially for ladies. Period.
In China, the danger after dark comes from night markets because the food there makes it impossible for you to stop eating, leading to a surge in your calorie intake
CQ is especially dangerous because of their hotpot! The spice burns twice!
💯💯💯
Calorie intake can be balanced while eating and walking on the street at the same time in CQ.
In China especially in big cities, one has the freedom to walk down the streets late at night without fear of violence, theft, or harassment. This is just one of several freedoms China enjoys and takes for granted, that Americans could only ever dream of.
come to san francisco. human fece and dog poops have gotten so worst on the streets lately. i'm like i don't even freak out about homeless people, criminals and drug addicts. they are part of the society now.

From my experience of China she has nothing to worry about. I’ve worked in China for about 50 years, It’s very safe, MUCH SAFER THAN UK. I’ve lived in Shanghai, Harbin. and many other cities.
It’s definitely safe than the U.K. the country is out of control lately
As a Chinese, in fact, some places in China were not safe 20 years ago. There were many thieves near the railway station and there were robberies in the countryside. But in the past 15 years, it seems that thieves are rare, and violent crimes such as robbery are even rarer than pandas.😂

In most of the Chinese cities, their metro does have toilets within the train platforms. Usually it is located at one end of the train. In Beijng and Hangzhou, we do find the toilets much cleaner in the subway, and it is catered to handicaps (seat WC) and family.

Sorry, I haven't been outside of China. Is this not the norm? I'm baffled.
@张韡-d7m I am not sure if this is a norm or not for every cities of China because I am also a foreigner. Usually, restrooms in my country are located near tickets counter after exiting from the underground platforms . Therefore I am surprised to find the restroom inside the underground standing platform.

Have been to China more than a dozen times in the last two years, visiting many different cities. Main takeway, walking about China cities is super safe, at anytime of the night, anywhere! Cities in China do not have "black areas" i.e. street gang controlled areas etc.
Yes 💯
It's true. Even if you walk into a dark alley in the middle of the night, nothing will happen.😂

Congratulations, you have mastered the traffic password, and your title has attracted me😂
Haha 😘
I've spent several years in China as well as the US, UK and Brazil/Argentina. You're in a busy, generally well lit, central city area. You're not at much risk. It's not like Rio or New York at night! More risk walking around at night in the UK than in any Chinese city. As a foreigner - and assuming you're minding your own business and not causing trouble - I reckon you're even at lower risk. Crime in China tends to happen around the drug trade, trade in illicit goods, human trafficking, frauds/corruption, domestic disputes etc, rather than any random attacks on foreigners.
It’s more dangerous walking around the U.K. in the day than China at night
I've lived in Belfast and I barely went out at night, it was boring cuz everything closed early at night, and it was dangerous cuz there're always drunk and nuts people on the streets 🤣
Night life in the U.K. is rapidly disappearing
It is almost impossible for one to commit a crime and escape scotfree in China. The Chinese Police will catch them very easily. It is absolutely safe to walk at night in China.

There is no "aloneness" in Chinese culture: Everyone is someone in his/her family community. The children in their most young years are trained to call those older "big brother and big sister" , the adults are uncles and aunties, and the little ones little sisters and little brothers. So, the community is a "community family". Is that foreign to others? Possible.
That is beautiful 😍
