I had to learn about death at a very young age because of me father and started to think about my own about a year after my father took his life. I have though about taking my own because of my dad but you made it better to stay here. Thank you.

Sleep paralisys doesnt just make you paralysed, being in that state makes you see things since you're not fully awake, and you then believe in those things. Once I saw my curtains as a tall white man and thought I was gonna die during a paralysis episode.

I had that same problem a few weeks ago and had to force myself to sleep but would only sleep a few hours. The fear is still kind of lingering in the back of my head but I’ve slowly been getting over it and accepting the idea of death in general.
It always amazes me how we got to this point. The amount of the things that had to he JUST right to get into this single moment. Just think about how different we would look if one thing in the universe was altered. thats insane

joe is so right about sleep being like time travel. one time i literally thought i actually time traveled. I was in math class in middle school and was really tired due to having had an all nighter. Class started and I sat down and then one moment later the bell rung. Initially I thought it was the late bell, but NO. People started packing up and leaving!! I FELL ASLEEP THE MOMENT I SAT DOWN AND WOKE UP AT THE END OF CLASS. my head didnt even fall on the table either, apparently i slept with my head up the whole time so my teacher didnt even notice i was asleep for the whole class. It was literally a blink for me, i wouldn't have noticed that i fell asleep had the bell not rung moments after i woke up. Basically, I blinked and time traveled to the end of class.
i really like the philosophy type stuff in this video that brings up what i usually think about. i always think that everyone else just thinks of life as life and what it entails but nothing more, i always think about space and how it's this giant void that everything exists inside of but what is the void of space inside of? is it inside of everything? where is this void existing? such weird things that just make no real sense that make it hard to think of certain experiences people have or go through seem real or even matter, like what really happens when we die? or why are we they way we are? so weird....
I usually think about that and it scares me but its interesting to think about and recently ive thinking about what comes after death and if its like you are just non existent and you will never feel anything again and if you are ever reborn even after billions of years it would be almost as if you just blinked for a second.

Bro joe, I’ve gotten to the point where I HATE thinking about my death and the death of my family. There are some points where I think about it and bro I just feel a pit in my stomach and to get out of it I will go and spend time with my family because I know that at some point I won’t be able to and I’ll regret not being able too. Contemplating my own death is horrible but it’s also what actually drives me to get what I want out of life

So I have understood the concept of death since I was five at least somewhat. Another thing appreciate people with brutal honesty because then at least you will know what they think of you.

I then imagined three different things that I could read, and then I acknowledged that I was somehow able to read in my dream, but I didn't acknowledge myself being able to do whatever I wanted.

I had remembered my dream after staring at her awkwardly for a few minutes. It was like a Minecraft achievement unlocked idek but something just clicked.
I personally believe that “when you die” you don’t actaully die, you keep on living while everyone else dies as if when someone seen you die you instantly go to a parallel dimension and keep on living while people die around you
