Hoping he does. As said if not it just won’t make much sense
If he doesn’t come back it’s gonna come across as really lazy writing and out of character for the doctor to just not get involved as it were. Hoping he does come back

David Tennant is literally like the face of Doctor who like it or not, even in America as much as Disney want Ncuti to be recognised as that he’s not. It’s David, so bringing him back especially considering the plot Russel wrote with him makes the most sense. If they don’t then yeah that’s stupid asf
I don’t think it is possible that the Doctor wouldn’t return. He is as much the Doctor as 15 and still has his regenerations as a result.
The new series has been so poor I regard 14 and his future incarnations as still being potentially the real Doctor. I don’t think this new series is working out and cancellation or retcon is deeply possible.
They'll being him back as a last gasp attempt to save the show when the ratings fall even further.
Here is my theory:
David Tennant will come back for only 1-2 minutes.
Point 1) 14th is still the main Doctor. He maintains the original Tardis also. Ncuti was created by 14th.
Am I saying Ncuti is not The Doctor? No.
Point 2) Once 14th has recovered from his trauma, AND once he's ready to regenerate again, be it from old age or whatever, something happens that triggers 14th's regeneration energy to go to the events of The Giggle. This is why 15th is mentally stable now and is "fine, because [14] fixes himself". 14th's path dies because he can no longer complete a full regeneration. He simply transfers the regeneration to the events of The Giggle.
Very good theory! Well keep that in mind and I guess see what happens :)
Don't care anymore. DW is so dead in its current form. Will be sticking to my pre-Chinballs DVDs back when the show wasn't just a skinsuit for far left ideological nonsense.
