@Hanfugirl_Hanzi thats world ranking made by some people, im talking about Infrastructure and Development. New York is now a run down place. Homeless, dirt, killing, no order etc... London is not close in infrastructure to places like Shanghai, Schenzen, Chongqing etc.... Tokyo is stuck in time, no improvement. Go to Tokyo, it will be the same as 3 years ago. If you travel around the world, you will know the difference. Its like going back in the past if you go to places like London, Canada etc...
