Since many of you wanted me to feature WOW! Momo and its wide yet creative range of Momos in my video. So I thought of making your wish come true. Today I am heading to one of the outlets of Wow! Momo to try Every Single Type of Momo that they have available on their menu.
I Start from the usual steam and fry then proceeded to try their best-selling Pan Fried, MoBurg, and a Momo Sizzler. To top it all, they served me dessert in the form of Chocolate Momos. Combinedly, I got the chance to try more than 10 types of momos in this video.

Momo lasagne
Momo Filling : Ground Beef, tomatoes, chill pepper, scallions, vegetable oil, fresh ginger, garlic, black pepper salt and cilantro.
And the covering of the filling should be same as the normal ones. It should be steamed properly and then served with a flavorful spicy sauce. And to advance it can be sprinkled with some Oregano.
Hope it's helpful for making a new style of momo.

CHOCLATE BLUEBERRY CHEESE CAKE MOMOS: Bluberrry cheese cake inside a delicate Dough momos which can later steamed or fried Accordingly
But the speciality will be Pan fried and it will be Covered in Chocolate
Recipe:1.Take a small piece of blueberry cheesecake
2.Roll out a roti of refined flour dough and put a small piece of blueberry chesse cake in it.
3.Shape the roti with the cheese cake in the shape of momo
4.Take a pan And add butter and then 2 dairy milk or choclate of your choice and stir it
5.Add 1 cup of milk in it and stir it till it gets hot .
6.Take the momos and add it in the pan and mix it well and make sure the choclate sticks well
7.Take out the Momos and drizzle choclate syrup or a topping of your choice

2) Milkshake momo- momo filled with thick cream, any thing of shakes, and a cherry
A realistic idea for a momo:- lemon chicken dimsum with basil leaves. it is a unique yet workable combination which would be loved by many👍🏻
The best Fusion i would recommend is - CHOCO LAVA MOMO with sprinkles and the inside should be white and brown chocolate both . The momo should be in down hill and the left part should have white chocolate and the right part should have brown chocolate . And the tip of the down hill momo will separate both the chocolates.

We all eat spicy but I would suggest
Mango (fruit) momos which can be enhanced further with mango syrup topping on the momos or momos tossed in mango syrup with inside filling with solid mango pieces
I would suggest them to make chili momos in which there will be onions ,capsicum,and other vegies which are necessary for making chili paneer gravy I think so it will be tempting to eat.... love from West Bengal😄😄
My momo fusion recommendation-
Momo lasagne, stack 2 to 3 layers of different kinds of momos with layers of cheese and pizza sauce between them and bake it to look like a cake😋

Fusion- Pasta momos🔥
Frst make simple veggie pasta i.e (1 boil pasta 2 saute veggies 3 add oregano and mix them 4 fill it in momo. 5 steam or fry momos as per your preference.
Serve with white sauce which we use to make for white sauce pasta
And schezwan sauce also.
I have tried it and it was so yummyy..

Or another choice can be with yum chilli potato filling with diced onion and capsicum.

As per me
One Momo fusion that I would want to create and have would be Pizza cheese momo (both veg and non veg )
1) Mexican momos - momos filled with red beans and chicken filling seasoned with taco seasoning and served with freshly prepared salsa
2) ravioli momos - ravioli is essentially pasta with filling inside . So in ravioli momos we replace ravioli pasta with momos and prepare them in a creamy white Parmesan sauce with herbs seasoning the whole dish .
3) kabab momos - momos filled with kabab filling (like seekh kabab , galauti kabab , hara kabab )then grilled over barbecue or tandoor for the smoky flavour then covered with melted butter and served with tandoori mayo , green chutney and the OG spicy momos chutney.

I think soya chap and alu chaat are two stuffings which would be great as in momo...rather you can have a momo chaat the same way as gravy momos..... Btw i have tasted the Darjeeling momos in Darjeeling itself, believe me they are fab.

There are lot of type of momos in India..
But there is no chinese momos i.e One should try manchurian momos . There should be a manchurian ball in a momos and then it will be steamed . I think it will be a Great Option or Fusion with momos.
And The other fusion will be like Chaap momos . There will be Chaap First marinate it and then Put them in a tandoor. And put it in a momos and then steam the momos... It will be also a great fusion..

Momo Chaat! - Stuff Schezwan Paneer / Spicy Potato & cheesy Corn in Momo and flash fry till totally crunched. Then crunch it like papri on the plate - top it with dahi and follow with desified version of spicy schezwan chutney, mint chutney, indian chaat spices like cumin , red chilli, chaat masala , black salt and top it with crunchy sev/bhujia and sprinkle dhaniya for garnish.. 1)Nepalese Momos
Made from a mixture of chicken and pork meat, the filling is mixed with chopped onions, garlic, ginger, cilantro, chilli powder, nutmeg, turmeric, curry powder and minced red chillies before it is added to the wrapper and folded to be steamed.
2)Crab Momo
Crab meat is mouthwatering, so just imagine how delicious it would be in a momo?
Marinate the crab meat and chopped coriander in pepper sauce and apply a teaspoonful to each disc of wrapper and fold accordingly. Steam or fry, whatever you may prefer.

Thick momo stuffed with fried falafel can be steamed and then can be served with fresh hummus and salsa.
2: rajma rice momos.
Momo sheet filled with rajma rice n then fried and served with greet coriender dip and spicy dip.
