Actually mam I think if the drug which work on pct for reducing the reabsorption of 65% sodium, potassium and chloride if we think that the drug work on this position that is not possible because a huge percentage of electrolytes are reabsorb in that tubuls if we block the reabsorption of these above ions in pct that cause a hyper imbalance of electrolytes and suddenly fall in bp which can lead death so I think there is no need for blocking of these electrolytes

Carbonic anhydrase inhibitor work on H2CO3 if sodium and chlorine level low or high how reabsorbed in PCT
Carbonic anhydrase inhibitors works on PCT & inhibits both luminal carbonic anhydrase & intracellular carbonic anhydrase which result in decreased level of H+ within the cells so Na+/H+ pump will not work. As a result H+ will not be available for Hco3- & Na+ reabsorption.
As H2O follows Na+ that's why it will also not reabsorbed.
